    When I read the headline, I thought ridiculous. But after reading the article, Its not such a bad idea.At this point it will be really tough to retain the flock of recruits we have. Your point of a bad hire outlasting a bad recruiting year is spot on. Adding to that a bad hire could lead to multiple bad recruiting years.
