  1. I keep hearing a lot of "we will learn a lot when we play BYU" on here. I 100% agree. BYU beat Utah last year and always plays tough against a wide range of programs nation wide. They obviously aren't anywhere near what Georgia is but they are a good solid measuring stick to see exactly where the ducks are at.
  2. Just wondering what you duck fans think about the play of Noah Sewell over the last three or four games (going back to last season)? He seemed so dominant when he first got to Oregon but to me it seems like his play has been steadily regressing. He was basically non existent yesterday. Have teams just learned how to game plan around him or is something wrong with him? At the end of last year I thought maybe he was just banged up with some minor nagging injuries from a long season, but that logic can't account for yesterday.
  3. At full speed I was positive it was targeting...but after the replay clearly not targeting and not even a late hit.
  4. Ute fan reaching out to offer condolences to you Duck's. Tough day for both of our programs. Hopefully brighter days ahead. Btw I really love this forum you guys have got. It's a class act.
  5. I'm honestly surprised to hear that you guys found him to be impressive. To me he seemed very nervous even to the point that his voice was shakey and timid. To me he just gave off the vibe that he felt like he was in way over his head. Kind of like Helfrich used to be in these settings. That said, he is a really young guy with a great track record and will probably grow into the job over the coming months and years. It will be interesting to see him give a strong, confident press conference somewhere down the road and go back and compare it to this very shaky one. I'm a Utes fan but I do wish him and the ducks all the best (except when they're playing us! ).
  6. Dabo is also a deeply religious Christian (as are most coaches and players from the south) and he's not shy about expressing his beliefs. Not in an in your face way like Tebo, he just lives it loud and proud and genuine. Hard to imagine that being tolerated in a city like Eugene.
  7. Utah is an Under Armor school. Just sayin'....
