Nice warm up game for the Ducks as a couple very good teams come to town next - Illinois on 01/02, and Maryland on 01/05. 12-1 and beginning to play some really good ball.

I'm amazed at what Dilly has done down here... and in less than two years. But unfortunately, and while I hope I am wrong, I am fairly confident that they are going to get rolled by Texas tomorrow. Regardless, Dilly & Co have had an amazing season. And their future looks bright. Alumni are very excited down here and are going to come up with the money to keep him.

If I was Cam Ward, with so much at risk, I would have simply completely passed on playing in that meaningless bowl game. However, to step onto the field with the apparent sole intent of breaking a record, and then leave your teammates hanging in the wind as you walk off into the sunset with your record and impending wealth, is my definition of bs. If your going to choose to step onto the field -- for your own glory, at least don't abandon your teammates in the process.
