Our fan base has kind of gone through a Jekyll and Hyde phase with every coach since Meyer. Napier preached patience and talked about the process as he needed time to fix institutional issues and recruiting woes that became a big thing under the last two guys. We just didn't understand how badly Mullen and McElwain really were until all the reports of broken relationships between UF and several high school coaches in the State. Georgia has been the model program in the SEC for the last five years, probably more. I think you guys would've beaten Michigan last year. I thought you guys were going to win it in the 2018 Title Game until Bama magic popped up. So Kirby could very well have four titles to right now and I can only hope Napier can get us to the playoffs before I even contemplate Billy being anywhere near his level. Realistically he has to win one. With Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Missouri, Georgia and Alabama in the mix it's going to be tough. Not to mention Ole Miss which seems to hit the transfer portal hard every year. But that's what elite programs do. Georgia and Texas are elite. Tennessee and Ole Miss are close. South Carolina and Florida were late risers last year. Can Billy let go of his very boring and cautious play calling on offense and see if Lagway can light it up in big moments? Remains to be seen. But it's feeling a lot better than it did last off-season. I thank you for the kind words brother. One thing we can all laugh at is FSU. I thank you for trashing them in that bowl two years ago.

That place is going to be rocking, especially if it's USA vs Canada. Canada has to beat Finland in regulation though.

We can be united as fans on this great board here. But for four quarters in October we don't know each other🤣. Seriously though hockey is awesome and the NHL has done us a great favor by giving us this awesome tournament during what I call the dead season in sports.

They say this is the most talented team the USA has ever put together. In my lifetime I've seen the USA win a Silver during the 2010 Olympics.

Even as an adult I still think of it first when somebody says NHL. With technology today I think it could work and help the viewing experience greatly. Old timers are always going to say nothing should change, but if that was so they wouldn't have helmets on and it'd look like a YMCA scrimmage.

The NBA has had to fight the "rigged" rumors more than any other sport. In my lifetime the 2002 Lakers vs Kings series sure looked suspicious. Just last week you had Dallas trade away a 26 year old MVP caliber guy and it was to the Lakers for a broken down Anthony Davis. Word is no other NBA teams were even engaged and it was pushed through so fast that it caught everybody off guard. Seems fishy to me.

During the 90's Fox had the glow puck. I liked it as a kid.

With Canada you can't stop them. You just have to keep wearing those legs out by keeping them defensive. It's like running the ball for three quarters to tire down the defensive lineman.

I liked the kid with the obscene gesture towards the USA bench when the anthem was going. I think the guy singing both anthems did a very good job. I wonder what kind of reception the Canadians will get when this shifts to Boston for the last three games. Surely a handshake and a Samuel Adams.

USA is without their best defenseman tonight. Canada is down a couple guys as well . Adam Silver should be watching this as his All Star weekend is going on without anybody caring.

Finland beat Sweden 3-2 in overtime to earn two points. USA plays Canada in about an hour in Montreal. It's gonna be very raucous up there. Canadians are very nice people but I feel like there may be some naughty words spoken in both French and English directed at our lads. Let's Go USA!!!

Spring Football was always more for the fans than the players imo. It's a shame that CFB is losing what made it so unique and different from the NFL but that's bound to happen when it becomes more about the money. Back in the day you'd have your guys after signing day and have at least three years to get to know them. Now it's possible to see a number three corner playing for Oregon one year and against them the next year. It's not even taboo to see a guy play for two rivals. We lost our star running back Trevor Etienne to Georgia after the 2023 season. Jayden Rashada was once considered the future QB at Florida but those plans fell apart over a NIL fiasco. Rashada has since started a season for ASU and was third string for Georgia in 2024. He is likely transferring again this off-season.

USA wins 6 to one. They earn three points to go up early in the tourney. Canada has two points for beating Sweden in overtime. Sweden is third with a point for an ot loss and Finland is fourth with zero points. Sweden plays Finland and the USA play Canada on Saturday.
