  1. Case in point from below article: Prediction: 5-Star OT Brandon Baker to Oregon Oregon is just getting started in the 2024 class and Baker would be a huge part of A'lique Terry's first cycle with the Ducks. https://www.si.com/college/oregon/recruiting/prediction-5-star-ot-brandon-baker-to-oregon
  2. Oregon is heading into June as one of the hottest teams on the recruiting trail. The month of May saw Dan Lanning and the Ducks land four verbal commitments and shoot up to No. 6 in the national recruiting rankings for the 2024 class. Now the staff is preparing to host commits and top targets on official visits in June, as they make a strong push to add more premier talent to the fold. Here's a glance at who's expected in Eugene throughout June for their official visits. June 23 is without a doubt the biggest weekend of official visitors, as the Ducks will host their most commits, which will help them recruit their top targets. Another note is that the Ducks are having their quarterback commits, Luke Moga and Michael Van Buren visit on different weekends. This is a plus because it will give them two big recruiters for each respective weekend, and as we know quarterbacks oftentimes serve as the face of a class. Having two gives them even more ammo on the recruiting trail with some of the best players in the country expected in town. JUNE 2-4 EDGE Elijah Rushing (Tucson, AZ) JUNE 9-11 RB Christian Clark (Phoenix, AZ) OL Devin Brooks (Clackamas, OR) JUNE 16-18 QB commit Luke Moga (Phoenix, AZ) DL commit Xadavien Sims (Durant, OK) S commit Aaron Flowers (Forney, TX) TE commit Jackson Ford (Melissa, TX) EDGE Colin Simmons (Duncanville, TX) S Kingston Lopa (Sacramento, CA) JUNE 23-25 QB commit Michael Van Buren (Baltimore, MD) CB commit Ify Obidegwu (Baltimore, MD) WR commit Jordan Anderson (Inglewood, CA) DL commit Tionne Gray (St. Louis, MO) LB Kamar Mothudi (Valley Village, CA) CB Dakoda Fields (Gardena, CA) WR Ryan Pellum (Long Beach, CA) WR Jack Ressler (Santa Ana, CA) DL Aydin Breland (Santa Ana, CA) OT JacQawn McRoy (Pinson, AL) S Marquis Gallegos (West Hills, CA) https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/college/article275909641.html#storylink=rss

  7. 5 Pac-12 takeaways from shocking NCAA Baseball Tournament reveal First reaction: What?!? Second reaction: Yikes. Third reaction: I guess the Pac-12 Tournament matters a whole lot more than we thought. The NCAA Baseball Tournament reveal on Monday was nothing short of a shocker for Pac-12 baseball fans, particularly the fans of Arizona, Arizona State and USC. Arizona, which went just 12-18 in Pac-12 play yet advanced to the conference tournament title game with a 14-4, run-rule victory over Stanford on Friday, is in. Arizona State, which went 16-13 in conference play and swept Arizona this season, is out. USC, which finished with a better record than either — 34-23-1 overall and 17-13 in league play — is also out. All three of those facts were stunning in and of themselves. Combined, and added to the fact that other west coast hopefuls like UC Irvine and UC Santa Barbara were left out, makes one wonder if anyone on the selection committee lives west of the Mississippi. Those are the big stunners. Stanford getting the No. 8 overall seed despite a loss in the conference title game and a No. 15 RPI and Oregon getting a 2-seed while Washington got a 3 — those are smaller surprises. Overall, it was one weird reveal. Here’s a look at my 5 takeaways as 5 Pac-12 teams prepare for Regionals starting Friday … Gold: 5 Pac-12 takeaways from shocking NCAA Baseball Tournament reveal SATURDAYOUTWEST.COM The NCAA Tournament reveal on Monday was surprising for the Pac-12 in more ways than one. More than half those players were on campus for spring, and few received more praise than Gardner. Senior teammate Casey Rogers referred to the Arizona native as "one of the most advanced freshman" he'd seen technically, and praised his efforts to pick up the scheme. Some of that showed up in the spring game, when Gardner was credited with one tackle and a pass breakup.
