  1. ‘Ducks vs. Them’ is up against a video series from Pac-12 Networks, and one from the Portland Trailblazers.

Oregon QB Dillon Gabriel is making an impression on and off the field

If there's one guy on the Oregon Ducks football team to assess how the newest Duck quarterback Dillion Gabriel is faring in the early going, it would be Tez Johnson.

So when asked how his new quarterback was doing in his short time on campus, Johnson offered up this analysis on the former Oklahoma Sooner.

“He’s funny. Ya know, Dillon Gabriel is a total goofball,” Johnson said. “Like, he’s all for the team. He’s a goofy guy. He’s a kid in the locker room. But he’s also good people like when it’s time to put work in, you’re gonna put the work in. And we like that about a quarterback.”

Our CBS Sports experts project who they think will be the last four teams standing in the College Football Playoff

The NCAA Tournament will hit its climax this weekend with the Final Four, pitting the best teams in the nation against each other with a national championship on the line. Though it isn't quite as expansive as its basketball counterpart, the College Football Playoff is expanding to 12 teams for the 2024 season.

So, though making the "Final Four" was once a given for teams that earned a berth in the previous format, a trip to the semifinals moving forward will involve playing through at least a couple of rounds. That creates an air of unpredictability around the College Football Playoff that we haven't yet seen.

Smartest thing to me?  Put that money into something yielding income to fund their Baseball team to the fullest.  Thus they can continue to compete at a high level at ONE sport...

Evidently what we've seen OSU have done in the past, most likely continue in the future is this?  Their administration aren't smart enough to figure it out.

Jeffrey Bassa and Jestin Jacobs hope to form nation's top linebacker pairing

Part of the reason Jeffery Bassa and Jestin Jacobs have returned in 2024 is to provide the Ducks with one of the nation's best linebacker units.
