Good article about Division Street. Worth the read.
"they do what they need to do," a collective leader in the Pac-12 previously told On3 said. "They don't need to build a social media brand around it. They don't need to be as public-facing as a lot of us feel like we need to. They just don't have any of those needs. They just get to operate in the shadows and take their kids to Nike. It's almost like they're in a different category."
The Oregon-driven NIL collective has partnered with the University of Oregon to release the “University of Oregon” Air Max 1 on Tuesday. A unique piece of memorabilia for Ducks fans, the sneakers are expected to be available exclusively through GOAT with more details to come.
Similar to other Division Street products, proceeds from sales will go back to Oregon athletes, making the sneakers even more unique. The collective has previously dropped exclusive Air Jordan 8s, a Dunk Low and an Air Force 1 Low. Last March, the organization released player edition Air Huaraches to celebrate the first anniversary of the Flying Formations NFT launch.
Ducks of a Feather has also become Division Street’s apparel line. In a sneak peek on Instagram, the “University of Oregon” Air Max 1s are different than the typical bright orange and yellow. Instead, the sneakers are duck-inspired, featuring earth tones and an antique feel. The shoe also has an Oregon hangtag and the motto “Once a duck, always a duck” is sewn on the heel.

For the uninitiated, these lists are totally subjective. This is meant to be a fun exercise, but it’s my rankings.
While career achievements are taken into account, college football has become a sport that’s constantly changing, so recent performance (wins, recruiting, working the transfer portal, hiring assistants, producing NFL Draft picks, etc) is weighed much more heavily than what you’ve done in the past.
Entering the 224 season, the Big Ten head coach rankings look considerably different than they did just one year ago. There’s no Jim Harbaugh or Pat Fitzgerald. Hello, Pac-12 compadres Lincoln Riley, Dan Lanning, Jedd Fisch and DeShaun Foster. And where do you rank Sherrone Moore or Jonathan Smith?
There’s plenty to debate. Let’s dive in.

While the past week has been filled with a lot of basketball content while Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks finished up the winter quarter and went through final exams ahead of spring break, it’s now time to dive back into the world of college football.
While the Ducks remain away on spring break this week, they will soon return to campus and resume spring football throughout the month of April, leading up to the annual spring game on April 27th.
The return of practices should also bring the arrival of several transfers who we expect to join the team for the new quarter, including Jabbar Muhammad, Evan Stewart, and Brandon Johnson.

I need to say I am very proud of this team in what they had accomplished in spite of the adversities they faced this year. Sadden to see Jackson Shelstad going down with a knee injury late in the game.
The Oregon Ducks had the makings of a team that could really make some noise in March.
They had the shooting guard who reached flamethrower status, and the dominant center who was putting up double-doubles at ease. They were severely under-seeded thanks to a lackluster regular season that was plagued with injuries. They got hot and quickly became the team that nobody wanted to see in their quadrant of the NCAA Tournament bracket.
They had the look of a team that not only could turn heads in the round of 32 and Sweet 16, but potentially dance deeper into the tournament, threatening for a spot in Elite 8.
What they didn’t have, though, was support.
Oregon’s magical run got unceremoniously cut short on Saturday night after what was quite possibly their most impressive game of the year. If you didn’t stay up until 1 a.m. on the East Coast, you’ll see a box score that reads 86-73, Creighton, in double-overtime. If you did stay up, though, then you witnessed two of the best performances from Oregon players in program history.
N’Faly Dante and Jermaine Couisnard were special, combining for 60 of the team’s 73 points, and all but two of the Ducks’ points from halftime to the final whistle.
The rest of the team? Different story.
It left Oregon just short of an historic win, and much heartbreak at the end of the season. Here are some of our biggest takeaways from the night as a whole:

Canzano: Oregon State and Washington State close to TV deal for football games
Exposure -- not revenue -- is the primary focus
Oregon State and Washington State are putting the final touches on a television deal involving the broadcast of their 2024 home football games.
The Beavers have seven home games next season and the Cougars have six. The two Pac-12 Conference schools bundled them together in a 13-game offering.
The CW Network is believed to be the primary broadcast partner. The network was in extended talks with the Pac-12 as recently as a week ago, per sources.
The CW doesn't have an in=house sports production arm. Raycom produces the ACC sports events. NASCAR produces its broadcasts. If the CW ends up as the Pac-12's partner, the Pac-12 Network would produce Oregon State and Washington State's 13 home football games, I'm told.
