I walked in to the upper row of Autzen Stadium, and looked down on the field. The first play I saw as I walked to my seat: the Duck QB threw a 60 yard pass! I said to my buddy: “Damn! That guy’s good! Who is that?” He told me: “Dan Fouts”. Turns out I was a pretty good evaluator of talent!

Football season wasn’t the only thing bizarre in 2020!

I hope his plan is one that works. So far, in return for the $4 million a year contract, zero third down conversions on the National stage of the Fiesta Bowl. Not a a good rate of return, not a good recruiting tool....in my book. We need a running back like Felton at UCLA. He has the size and speed to shed tackles and run over people. He’s a bigger Verdell.

So.......you’re saying/alluding that Cristobal is a good recruiter, good asst coach, but doesn’t view and direct the offensive system as a whole? I agree! Solution: he needs to be working under a Head Coach who can direct and deliver a unified(and effective) system.

I would like to see Shough have success. I feel for him. But.....he is not performing time and time again. Is it him, or the Coach’s play calling?

You can’t call this a well coached team. Pull starting QB after going 3for3? Fumbles, negating penalties? Grade school special team errors? Questionable play calling. Sorry. Wish it weren’t so. Especially at these rates.
