0-0 after two innings.

For some reason, star centerfielder, and extraordinary, .300+ hitter Colby Shade is not playing!

Mr. FishDuck

Hmmm... maybe abusing his wrist late against Vandy is an issue?

1-0 Oregon after four innings from Sabin Ceballos blast that cleared all the seating!

I sense we are not as intense as if playing Vandy, and beating them five times in a row can hurt us.

Mr. FishDuck

Just joining the game, sounds like it's just getting good!

4-0 Oregon after FIVE innings.

Nishida created a throwing error stealing second, and scored a Duck, and the inexperienced Xavier pitcher got rattled and did a balk, to score another run!

Ian Umlandt, freshman from Tualatin, pitched a scoreless fifth inning, and was cool to see him throwing to Bennet Thompson from Medford.

10-1 Ducks!

Oregon took some walks, got an infield single to load the bases with two outs.  Then Rishida hits a double with a wood bat to score them all!

Then Drew Cowley hit a three run homer to blow this open!

Mr. FishDuck

Got to love that Duck O. Keep those bats swinging!

Ducks lead 10 - 1.  Wow!!!

Betcher looks the part of a safety to a T, literally a center fielder!

10-1 Ducks after SEVEN innings.

Colby Shade came in as a pinch runner and had a brace on his left wrist.

Mr. FishDuck

I'm starting to think Nishida might be good at DAT role on the football field lol.

Wow how about that pitching and sold D by the Ducks. They look like they did midseason, very efficient with all weals turning, no errors in strategy or judgment.

The hitting has been sold all year, seams like records are falling left and right!

The Ducks implemented a bullpen-by-committee approach during the Pac-12 Tournament, carrying them to their first Super Regional appearance in 11 years.

Oregon's nine-game winning streak improves its record to 40-20 on the season and will host Oral Roberts at PK Park in the Super Regionals beginning June 9th.

An 11-2 victory gives Oregon a sweep of the Nashville Regional, moving them to the Super Regionals for the first time since 2012.

I'm liking the pitching rotation, using lots of pitchers for short stretches keeps your options open and your arms fresh.

Now, go to Omaha for the 1st time, visit Warren Buffet, and come with a buffet of home runs!

The Ducks put the X to Xavier 6 times this season.

Now, take Oral Roberts to the dentist. No anesthesia.

That approach worked wonders for the KC Royals a decade ago.
