I'm sure he was covering his guy and securing an edge when needed. The front seven did a fantastic job bottling up the run and boxing in a QB with running ability. It's a beautiful thing when all 11 are in sinc with each other. When everyone does their job no one player has to be a hero. Thats when a defense becomes elite. This is the first time under Lanning that the defense has played so complete 1 through 11.
