Seahawks fans will be more forgiving if he isn’t too successful right away. Bama fans would’ve called for his head if they didn’t have the top offense in the SEC.

The external narrative isn't looking good, at least to Auburn fans.

DeBoer and Grubb have been connected at the coaching hip for a long time, going back to NAIA days at Sioux Falls.

I wonder what Bama QB and Heisman contender Jalen Milroe thinks about this. Bama will have one of the Bluest Blue Chip Rosters in CFB in 2024 ( after sending a projected 4 players to the NFL in the 1st round) but is DeBoer the guy to carry on the tradition of Saint Nick? Bama's toughest back-to-back-to-back games in 2024 look to be at Tennessee, Missouri, and at LSU, in games 7, 8, and 9.

Georgia travels to Bama on 12/28/24, both teams have 12/21 Off. Overall, Bama's schedule in 2024, is not as difficult as the Dawgs schedule. OOC at Wisconsin and 3 cupcakes at home. OCC, UGA plays Clemson in Atlanta and also an improving Georgia Tech.

DeBoer's hire of South Alabama head coach, Kane Womack, 22-16 at SO. Alabama, as his DC was applauded by SEC aficionados. Womack, who played at Arkansas and whose Dad coached in Dixie, knows the South. With Spring Ball coming up and the opening of the 2nd shot at the portal, DeBoer best come up with the hire of an OC who can coach and recruit. Like UCLA with Kelly's departure, Grubb leaving at this time of year is far from optimal. It's Bama, so the money for the OC will be large. But, this time of year who is available?

Lots of talent on the Bama squad. Will guys who do not get the starting nod in the spring be tempted to head to the portal?

Why is watching other teams misery so much fun for Duck fans.

Answer might be because we went through the same crap in Eugene Starting with Slick.

I think we might be getting a bit cocky. Naaa!😎😎

Always good to go to an objective source, right? Kidding!

Too bad Chip wasn't available, it would have been soooo ironic if he ended up where he was accused of endangering the players with his O.

Looks like DeBoer isn't done bleeding. OL coach Scott Huff is expected to follow Grubb back to Seattle.
