Haywarduck Moderator No. 1 Share Posted June 23 Just had this favorite poster reframed, after just a few decades. Few things can spark emotions like remembering watching Pre run at Hayward. Anyone else have a favorite or two memorabilia they want to share? I know one guy who has a few he has shared pictures of with his Duck cave, but which are your favorite Charles? 1 1 2
Charles Fischer Administrator No. 2 Share Posted June 23 The 2001 team that finished No. 2 in the nation autographed a football for charity, and I bought it! I've had it all these years, and yes..all the famous names from that team signed it. Anyone else have something? 1 3 Mr. FishDuck
Santa Rosa Duck No. 3 Share Posted June 23 This was a birthday present given to me by my bride. This is especially appropriate for FishDuck as the fish is a Rogue River Steelhead. For perspective, I am 6' 5" tall. Cosmo the wonder poodle wears his Oregon collar 24/7/365. The artist is Patrick Amiot from Sebastopol, California and he is famous for making art from junk. The plaster of paris model of Puddles was found by a friend at a yard sale and she bought it for me. I could add more but this will do for today. Go Ducks! 1

DUCKED No. 5 Share Posted June 24 I have a photo, prominently displayed in my den, of all five Kamikaze Kids splayed on the floor going for a loose ball against UCLA….. with Bill Walton flat on his back in the foreground at Mac Court in 1973. l took that picture 51 years ago, just a lucky shot. 1 1

EastBayDuckDad Moderator No. 7 Share Posted June 29 I went to that 1994-5 season Rose Bowl game. Aside from the final score it was an incredible experience. My then wife gave me this jacket for my following birthday. It is really well constructed with leather sleeves and serious weight. I still wear it for games that will be cold and dry. I get some admiring looks and comments at those games, mainly from old-timers like myself. That marriage didn't age well but that jacket sure has. 1 1
