It’s on Fox so a TV with rabbit ears would work.

Get a VPN like Nord and move your location to somewhere where it is in that Zip?

I know some things like YouTube TV won't work if it's through a VPN though and I'm. It sure if it's work on sling. If you can get a free trial of a VPN it would be worth a shot though.

I have been happy with my subscription to YouTubeTV.

I have all the Portland local channels, all the ESPN channels, Fox local, Fox FS1 and FS 2,and the Big 10 network.  Also the NFL network and a couple of other minor sports channels.

All this for much less than I paid for Xfinity.  I had to subscribe to Peacock to watch the Boise State game.  I picked up a deal with Peacock for 4 months at $4.99 A month.

I can cancel any of these subscriptions month to month.  No long term contracts!

An added benefit for Peacock was being able to binge watch all the Yellowstone seasons.  I do like that series.

Ah streaming! The great leap backward in television technology. I know cable is expensive, but I can afford it and it sure as hell is convenient!

You could sign up for a free trial to get you past this game while you figure out what you want to do.  Fubotv, Hulu for example will give you a free trials.  Not sure about Youtube TV.

Crowed a bit about he convenience of cable he other evening and the retribution goblins got me back today. My provider Spectrum failed big-time this evening--for 7 hours, no TV, voice or internet. Had it come 24 hours later, I'd have missed the Georgia-Alabama game.

I actually wouldn't have as the sports betting lounge of the nearest casino is a mere 7 miles away. I had lots to watch on DVR and am a bit ashamed of my attitude about the outage. My good Crimson Tide friends just weathered a hurricane north of Atlanta where they live (but they didn't lose power or internet like I did on a perfect cloudless day).

Bottom line: this is an irrelevant post and I am a crotchety ole spoiled brat. And, unfortunately, cable is still sometimes.....cable.

I just completely ditched xfinity.

You should check the other high speed cable options in your area.  There may be better choices in terms of speed, price and customer service. Comcast is terrible. I'm saving ~$75 per month with my new high speed fiber internet and Youtube TV (that's with one of Comcast's 2 year deals).  Got tired of the consistent price increases.
