AP: Shough's late TD pass lifts Louisville to a 24-20 win over Virginia

In other news, former Oregon Duck QB, Tyler Shough, threw for the game winning TD against Virgina.

"CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — As Louisville took the field late in Saturday’s game at Virginia, trailing by three points, quarterback Tyler Shough had a simple and direct message for his teammates.

“Let’s go win it,” Shough said afterward. “This is the drive we go prove ourselves.”

For a third straight week the Cardinals found themselves in a one-score game. This time they found a way to pull it out. Shough hit a wide-open Jamari Johnson for a 14-yard touchdown with 1:55 to play to snap a two-game slide with a 24-20 win over Virginia at Scott Stadium."

This is one tough & resilient kid. I think we're all glad to see him having this success.

Yes, he is probably the most successful ex-Duck.  Wonder what could've been had he stuck around OBD...  Hope he makes it to the next level.

Shough plays for Louisville now? Will he pop Mario's playoff bubble next week? That would be some nice karma.

Next weekend he’s playing against the coach who ran him off from Oregon. I wonder if he’s motivated to win?
