Jon Joseph Moderator No. 2 Share Posted December 29, 2024 Thanks, Jordan. My wagering buddies and I have the Ducks on the Money Line. So yeah, I'm putting my money where my dissing of Ryan, Chipper, Willie Boy, etc. appears, on the bottom line. GO DUCKS! Eviscerate the Bucks!

Dan Lanning, Oregon Ducks Chasing 'Untouchable' College Football Record WWW.YARDBARKER.COM Brandon Marcello of CBS/247 Sports points out that in addition to taking on 11-2 Ohio State in the Rose Bowl on January 1st, the Ducks are chasing a 130-year-old record, something that hasn't... 30Duck Moderator No. 4 Share Posted December 29, 2024 The support for osu2 is the epitome of hype. The can't beat a good team twice. Is Texas a "Good" team? Oregon "just can't keep on winning, though that's just what the largely ignored methodical machine in green and yellow and black and silver has doner all season. Why stop now? "But look what they did to Tennessee!" Absolutely. Actually, look at what osu2 did to Tennessee and its freshman QB, without its leading RB and explain how that has anything to do with handling Dillon Gabriel and Jordan James...and oh yeah, Tez and Evan Stewart and Ferguson and Sadiq? Sure, osu2 has a chance. But. lest you forget about the points Oregon left on the table in the first game, Jordan Burch didn't even play in that one. Ryan Day win a big game? Chip hasn't beaten Oregon yet. Will Will win this time? More likely he'll fall on his rear end again. 1 2 2
Santa Rosa Duck No. 5 Share Posted December 29, 2024 Thanks Jordan. A bold prediction and a breath of fresh air. I like our DUCKS chances here. I sneak a peek at Eleven Warriors web site this past week a couple of times. It is pretty clear to tOSU faithful that Oregon does not have a chance, the refs handed us the last game and blah, blah blah. 2:00pm January 1 can not get here fast enough. Bring it on. BTW when do we get to see the uniform for the game?

Absolutely, they've had a lot of time for this one. It will be the 30th anniversary of the Rose Bowl against Penn State. The game didn't go the way we wanted, but the uniform was great.

I guess receivers can’t be physical in football anymore, but DBs could hold 10 yards, 15 yards down the field. It’s behind me. Yeah, okay.
Solar No. 13 Share Posted December 30, 2024 I'm coming to the conclusion it is going to be a different game this time we play. If you imagine us playing offense the way we did against Penn State, and OSU playing O the way they did against Tenn. The question will be if we can set edges and prevent the passes out wide, often enough to get off the field, and if OSU can stop the quick passes from Dillon often enough to get us off the field. It's always a possibility somebody doesn't show up at the start of the game, but I struggle to see 2 digit win by either team. Both teams are too skilled and too competitive to let the other team run away from them.
