Colorado Isn't Breaking the Bank to Keep Prime from Going to Dallas

Recommended Posts

I appreciate Colorado's "resistance" to Prime. He's not used to that.

He will go wherever he can make the most money.  I can't believe Jerry Jones would bring in such a horrendous coach and spotlight-taker.  But we shall see.

This all sounds EXACTLY like something Jerry and Deion would be up to...

Yes, there seems to be something in play here on both sides.

Maybe he's trying for a package deal, they draft Shedeur and get him too.

Or he's just negotiating for more $$ to get better players.

Gotta believe he is always scheming.

I can’t blame Coach Prime for asking for more NIL money but there is no way that Colorado can match the $15M per year salary people are speculating.

The 'Prime Effect' at CU.

New Colorado financial report shows details of the "Coach Prime Effect" but also challenges, especially if Deion Sanders leaves.

In the article...the facts are: he did NOT ask for more money for himself. He asked for more money for staff and to entice better players. Mr. Sanders gets zero NIL money.

A recipe for disaster!!  Two people with heads bigger than AT&T Stadium.  I've told people the Cowboys won't win another championship while Jerry's the owner for years!  Add Shadur...eesh!!

If Jerry wants publicity, Deion's the man.  If he wants to win, he should shut up and let someone like an Aaron Glenn take over and stay out of the way!  Jerry couldn't do that with Jimmy, you think he'll do it 30 years later?

Lately, it's publicity. No team is talked about more, and winning less, than, "America's Team"
