Charles Fischer Administrator No. 1 Share Posted January 17 (Short article) Now why would this be? Oregon Ducks are already living rent-free in Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti's mind AUTZENZOO.COM Despite never facing each other during the 2024 regular season, the Oregon Ducks are already living rent-free in Indiana Hoosier head coach Curt Cignetti's mind Mr. FishDuck
Jon Joseph Moderator No. 2 Share Posted January 17 But this does make sense with OBD and PSU the two PO teams the Hoosiers play in 2025. Congratulations Hoosiers on manning up out-of-conference in 2025. Old Dominion Monarchs, Kennesaw State Owls, and the Indiana State Sycamores (without Larry Bird. )

woundedknees No. 4 Share Posted January 17 Nice town, Neskowin... Netarts and Oceanside are also possible destinations to "get away from it all"!
DanLduck No. 5 Share Posted January 17 He is no fool. We can laugh at "living in his head rent free", but Cignetti knows that Oregon and PSU are the only teams in the way of them making playoffs. They had 2 losses this year and missed out on playoffs. He doesn't want a repeat. Good for him. I'm sure our coaching staff have already broken down game video to prepare for them as well. He knows, we'll be ready.

Jon Joseph Moderator No. 7 Share Posted January 17 Indiana made the playoffs this season and lost a 1st round game played in Indiana in South Bend. Indiana surrendered a 98-yard rush TD to ND and ND has not been able to run the ball since. If Ohio State shuts down the Domers run game as I expect, it will take Ohio State turning the ball over and a repeat of the nine penalties vs. Texas called on tOSU in the Cotton Bowl for Notre Dame to have a chance of winning. Watch for Caleb Downs coming down from safety and blowing up Riley Leonard. Hats off to Marcus Freeman making it to the title game in his 3rd season at Notre Dame. (He beat Dan to the PO champ game punch.) Freeman is the first person of color to be a head coach in a college championship game. Monday night's game will be refereed by an 'All-Star Group' of SEC refs. A group that has not worked a game together this season. I hope these guys will not be as flag-happy as the refs in the Cotton Bowl.
Jon Sousa No. 8 Share Posted January 18 Cignetti is a very good coach. The fact that he is prepping now for the toughest matchups he has next year during the regular season is smart. That is exactly what DL is doing. This is a very losable game for the Ducks, and they better go into it prepared for battle.

HDuck No. 10 Share Posted January 19 Oregon is probably shorthand for game against defending B1G champion? Would be interesting to know how many of his James Madison portal transfers he will still have in 2025.
