In an On3 article today, he believes that there will be a rematch in the B1G championship game of last year, and this time James Franklin will break through. We gotta do it on the field! Enough of the jibber-jabber.

Oregon will have a sneaky-good defense this year...

On the CBS Sports Preseason college football preview, Notre Dame alum Aaron Taylor picked ND to win it all this season. Texas alum Brian Jones likes his Horns to win it all.

I thought I'd never express this, but Hats Off to UCLA grad Rick Neuheisel, who picked OBD to win it all! (Even with paying more than a nickel for Nico, Rick did not pick his Bruins to win it all. 😁)

Even though Forum Fanatics will be in the house for a White Out in a Lion's Den, winning in Beaver Stadium will be difficult and then some. PSU is -4.5 today and plays no opponent with a heartbeat before OBD visits State College. A reasonable line considering home-field advantage, but tempered by James Franklin's 3-16 record against top 10-ranked teams when PSU was also ranked in the top 10.

However, Penn State is the underdog at +3 on the early line for the game in Columbus versus Ohio State. James Franklin is 1-9 versus the Buckeyes.

I'd just as soon see OBD go 11-1 with the 5th seed and an opening home game versus the playoff committee's 12th-seeded team as to again go 13-0 with another 1st round bye, followed by PO bye-bye.

Pundits going to pundit.

And I'll do the same thing..

Ducks win it all this year! Let's go!

Until the game is played I think people will look at PSU's higher floor as more trust worthy than OBD's higher ceiling. Honestly I can't blame them. OBD just may have the best O line, QB, RB and TE in the conference with an upper level receiving core with a possible super star among them. The D also looks potentially top notch at every position group. Until they show out on the field, it's just speculation. With PSU you know your getting a solid 8-9 level team (out of 10) . With OBD, I think your looking at a potential 8-9.5 team. So I think OBD wins a battle of A games and PSU wins a battle of B games.

The oddsmakers at FanDuel like the Buckeyes, as does the majority of gaming sites.

I struggle to take seriously a list that has USC as both overrated and underrated.

We are unbeaten so far….

The Ducks surprise everyone with Dante Moore and Makhi Hughes playing some Heisman style ball. Iapani wins Rimington trophy, and the OL secures the Joe Moore award.

I am running with that until proven wrong.

I think by week 10 Oregon should be as good as any team in the country unless our passing game is really dragging us down.

So it's good that outside of PSU our toughest games are in November.

Everyone is really high on OSU, but 2 new Coordinators is a level of risk we don't have to deal with. Remember the DC Day brought in for 2021? There is no guarantee they pan out.
