The McDonald's app on my phone presents all kinds of offers to entice me to purchase their goods.

The enticement most common during the winter has been a free breakfast sandwich if the Blazers score over a 100 points the previous day. I'm not much of a Blazers fan (or the NBA in genera), but I've felt free on the occasional Saturday to accept this offer.

Lately however, they've been throwing out an enticement for a free breakfast sandwich if beavis stikes out 10+ opponents the previous day.

Now for the moral question: Being a devoted, life-long Ducks fan, do you accept the offer or do you quickly get pissed off and swipe it from your phone?

Please feel free to express yourself in the comments. 😆😂🤣

I have had to change my attitude about Beavis in Baseball. While everyone knows that I love to lampoon the hapless university to the north, I also acknowledge that the more success they have in baseball, the more it helps our RPI for when we play them to help us get an NCAA Regional at the end of the season.

See how I twisted that into something good for an Oregon fan?

Allow me to put my answer in Con-Text.

An easy decision for me, I'm The Guy in the USA without a Cell Phone! 🤪

Mr. Baseball, Charles Fischer's answer is spot on. Except for Bama in football, the quality of a loss in college sports matters.

Fun post. Thanks.

My moral question is . . . what is a moral?

No.

Nope…I’d delete that app immediately 😆

That's pretty much how I look at the whole football season... What's good for Oregon.

It makes Michigan fan coworker of mine incredibly frustrated some times that I can be against Ohio State most weeks and for them others. My hate isn't pure...

Except when it comes to UW. They need to lose all 12 every year. No exceptions.

Beavis I've been in the camp that they can win 11 of 12 a year because they have to lose to Oregon. But it's harder to care with the conference realignment.

But that's football, not baseball.
