This may add some recruits to the pool as I'm sure ASU will release everyone involved, or they just go to the portal anyway.

I don't see how he escapes the web of cheating. I'm surprised that it took so long for Pierce to resign. However, the ASU AD was Herm's agent for many, many years. Perhaps, the AD does not survive the scandal? Herm has done OK out of the portal. He had to do so because the 2022 class is ranked in the 100s, behind many the G5 school.

One would like Herm Edwards could be the chopping block... but I think right now ASU wants to protect him at any cost but lets get real... he was involved in these recruiting violations. 

Even if he didn't know he is responsible for the conduct of his staff.
