One of my favorite Duck runners.  The man ran with attitude!  “Go ahead, try to stop me, I dare you!”

 

Got to meet JJ and spend a morning with him.  He was blessed to have had some awesome experiences at Oregon and in the NFL.  (Off season practice with Peyton Manning!)

 

He embodies the Once a Duck, Always a Duck mentality.  Great guy!

    JJ extremely quick feet and ability to change direction in micro-seconds.  Great vision to see lanes as they are beginning to open.

         Memory from 2008 Holiday Bowl. Sitting next to some Cowboy fans following JJ’s 70+ yard TD scamper. One of them turned to me and said, “Y’all not only got some good running backs, they also got the coolest names.” Oh what a feeling, thanks JJ!

    That hit on Zac Robinson by TJ Ward is one of the best of all time!  Get's me pumped for the season every time I see that.   

     

    We need a safety that can bring the wood like that this year.

    It makes me wince, because it is to the head.  A great hit to the body should be celebrated, but that hit could have been dangerous...
