How High Can Lanning's Ducks Fly?

Recommended Posts

Ducks got a ton of help today. Huge changes to the Ducks Path to CFP. How far can a first year HC take this 22 season?

Win out, above everything.  Dawgs need to win out. Ducks are very good. D is still far behind the O. But are stingy with giving up TD's.

Ducks are in a great spot. Keep winning! Good to be a Duck!

If we win out, it will have been against 3 and possibly 4 ranked teams.

Washington could be ranked when we play next weekend.

Utah will be ranked.

If the Beavs win their next two, they’ll be ranked.

In the PAC 12 Championship, we’ll face a ranked LA team.

This is by far the toughest stretch of our schedule and is going to be a huge test of this team.

If we happen to run through that gauntlet unscathed, we will almost certainly be in the playoff.

Can we do it? Certainly feels possible.

After watching that UGA defense yesterday, I wouldn’t want to face them again. Oregon’s offense is really good, but so is Tennessee’s and they couldn’t muster a TD until garbage time. It’s not like they started sucking yesterday. They got the Dawg treatment. That’s the best open field tackling I’ve ever seen at the college level.

A Rose Bowl win would be a pretty amazing season.

I am not sure this team is ready for the playoffs, but, if we make it, I would be proud of this team and you never know.

I mean I have my lottery ticket, but haven't spent it yet, but I am always thinking....

How high does Oregon jump? Predicting the top of the College Football Playoff rankings

It’s safe to say that there’s going to be some movement in the CFP rankings this Tuesday night.

See where our Ducks might land...

DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM

Chaos took place on Saturday, with 3 teams in the top-6 losing. How high will that allow Oregon to climb in the rankings?

See who Herbstreit's surprise No. 4 team is...

Kirk Herbstreit’s new top-six. No. 4 makes little sense to me.
