Dan Lanning thrilled to add Chris Hampton to staff as co-DC and safeties coach

 

In Hampton, Lanning felt the Ducks were adding the best coach on the market. Feedback Oregon sought on Hampton turned up almost unanimously positive, he said, and the pair's previous relationship didn't hurt either.

 

"Chris is really a like-minded individual. I thought he would mesh really well with our entire coaching staff," Lanning said on Wednesday. "He’s a guy that I’ve known from a distance over the years, and have been able to connect with from time to time whether it’s talking ball or what not.

Takes some time off coach, but we need a Duce visit. Duce would fill a need, want, and vault this class through the roof! I have no doubt Coach and his staff are on it!
