  1. College football teams we want the Oregon Ducks to play for first time DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM Bring on Bama? How about Clemson and Tulane while we’re at it.
  2. I just sent him an email related to an scheduling idea, hopefully he does consider it tho I doubt he will ever reply
  3. I'll try to find Rob's contact in GoDucks.com, so maybe I can tell him about our proposals. I'll propose him future scheduling ideas, anything y'all wanna tell him?
  4. Is there any way we can contact him about our proposals? Like the firings or the future non-conference opponent ideas?
  5. Ik I'm on the minority here, but I'm sure that the expanded playoffs will actually make good OOC games even more common, not completely destroy them, the reasons are pretty simple since those playoffs will be much larger than before, if the 4-team playoffs still existed then I would understand why people wouldn't want any challenging OOC games I would honestly LOVE for our schedules to be like this: A rotating game against an ex-Pac-12 foe (ex. Utah or one of the Arizona schools), a P4 game against such teams like Alabama or Kansas State and a cupcake. I spoke with an Oregon user named Mateo Pablo and he also believes the same thing.
  6. Well, looks like Georgia and UCLA will do the same thing Ole Miss and USC did... Goodbye, my hopes for Alabama vs. Oregon...
  7. Well, if I were to request Mullens a wish, it would be to play Alabama in non-conference play someday and that's it. But going back to the topic, if we don't wanna play Oregon State anymore but also want to fill our schedule with cupcakes, who should we schedule?
  8. Wish some random staff member would make an article discussing Oregon's future schedule options, directly giving Rob Mullens ideas for home and home series' like Bama and LSU. as well as the most important topic, discuss if we should keep playing Oregon State.

  10. Well, today I was browsing through r/CFB and I found a rather shocking post involving Ole Miss' future schedules, their AD said that not all currently scheduled games are going to stick, and despite not saying it outright, it's believed that the home and home series involving U$C that was set to begin in 2025 will most likely be cancelled. What does it mean for the rest of the FBS? I'm still praying that Oregon doesn't go the easy way and keeps scheduling cupcakes for every season, I'm still eager we get to see a regular season Oregon vs. a random SEC team game someday.
  11. I honestly agree with everyone here, the Civil War no longer means what it once meant, plus Washington is a more formidable rival now. I also want more diverse opponents on our schedules rather than just MWC and Big Sky teams, like, would it hurt to at least play a home and home series game against Alabama, LSU or Florida? I would also mention a random ACC team like Miami or Clemson, but one of them is very likely to become a new Big Ten member someday. Ik everything can change between now and the next few years, but at least knowing Alabama vs. Oregon could be scheduled to happen would make me die a happy man.
  12. Well I wanna know how Rob is gonna handle Oregon's future schedules from now on, IIRC he once spoke about that with John Canzano and said it's difficult to get good teams to visit Autzen. But hopefully he can agree with Greg Byrne to finally get that Oregon vs. Bama matchup scheduled once in and for all, regardless if it is a kickoff game or a home and home series.
  13. The fact Ohio State got Bama to travel to the North makes me wish that Oregon is able to do the same someday!
  14. This reminded me of how much I have kept begging for an Oregon vs. Alabama game, but everyone keeps saying it won't happen... Greg Byrne (Alabama's AD) recently mentioned in a video that he would like to keep and add good quality opponents to UA's future schedules, so I hope he agrees with Rob Mullens for either a home and home series or a kickoff game, preferably the former.
  15. I really hope that they can get Miami in the Big Ten, I don't know, just wanna see the interactions between The Duck and Sebastian on the sidelines. And don't forget about Mario Cristobal.
  16. I wish Charles Fisher gave us a little insight on how Oregon's future schedules could look like beginning in 2029.
  17. I'm completely aware of the 2024-28 schedules, we should definitely keep our Baylor and Oklahoma State home and home series' and then schedule good teams like Alabama in the 2030's, hopefully we get an insight of the programs Rob Mullens is working to schedule
  18. But if Rob Mullens wants to only schedule bad and weak teams, then I'll respect his decision.
  19. Most people here want our Ducks to stop scheduling teams like the ones belonging in the SEC or Big 12 after we join our new conference, with the entire-non conference schedule instead being filled with teams like our former Pac-12 foes and very, very local FCS and G5 teams. I would definitely get the situation...if it was related to our non-conference basketball and baseball schedules. For football, I do think Oregon could do just fine scheduling teams like Alabama and Clemson, even though Power 5 games against Utah or the Arizona schools wouldn't hurt either, the reason? Oregon's football schedule doesn't have to rely heavily on traveling despite our Big Ten move, because usually two of our non-conference games are played in Autzen Stadium, some seasons have even featured three non-conference home games, for other sports like basketball and baseball I do understand since they have more regular season games than football and hence more traveling issues. And for those who think it would make our schedule even harder and more impossible to compete for a natty, just remember that the playoffs will be expanded to 12 teams, meaning it will be much easier for Oregon to compete there, so that's why I think Oregon can still schedule teams like Bama without being affected negatively, albeit my preference would be to schedule diverse P5 opponents, have an annual game against Oregon State and a Big Sky FCS team, so that way, everyone wins.
  20. Well, hopefully we do manage to win this game. it would be nice to get a winning send-off to Bo Nix.
  21. I've decided to toy around with the ESPN Playoff Predictor now that we are in the final week of the regular season, I've decided to pick every possible scenario with Oregon winning, and it seems that in every single one we end up in the playoffs, don't know why but I won't complain. College Football Playoff Predictor WWW.ESPN.COM Pick the winners of each Power 5 conference title game using the Allstate Playoff Predictor and see how it affects your favorite CFP...
  22. UPDATE: They deleted the posts replying to fans, including the SEC scheduling one.
  23. Thanks, I'll just go report the account for impersonation, send me the proof and I'll attach it to the BlueSky team.
