  1. I know I won't sound extremely professional with this, but I've seen reports by someone named David Hale saying that the ACC has spoken to SMU, West Virginia, Oregon and Washington, the first two choices are understandable (especially in WVU's case), but seeing Oregon and Washington become USC and UCLA 2.0 in terms of travel costs would be extremely weird for me and probably all CFB fans. I've had an unpopular opinion here that says that Oregon and Washington should join the Big Ten to at least be in a much more stable conference with more resources and to help USC and UCLA with reducing travel costs, plus getting more prime-time matchups in national TV, but as time goes on, I'm feeling the chances of moving there are getting worser. While it is likely UO and UW will consider secondary options if they want to leave the Pac-12 and the Big Ten isn't available, I truly don't know what option is the "best" between the ACC and the Big 12 (I really doubt the SEC will want to take any Pac-12 teams due to them wanting to stay regional, despite most of the Pac-12 having higher academic rankings than the SEC), I would personally like the ACC better due to more unique matchups and surpassing the Big 12 in various aspects, but the ACC may disband soon, it's too far away and the Big 12 will probably stay perfectly fine, even tho I don't want the Ducks near the Big 12 (We have three consecutive home and home series' scheduled with Big 12 teams so no thank you). But if we were to move conferences, which conference is the best choice?
  2. I still don't know why most people here want the Ducks to stay in the Pac-12...
  3. I still want the Ducks to leave for the Big Ten but seeing how much of a mess the Pac-12 is right now makes me feel horrible, while I heavily support the move for greener pastures, I'll still miss the conference Oregon played in for more than century.
  4. I still hope that the Ducks get a spot in the Big Ten even if that's unpopular among people here, I would love new matchups against teams like Penn State or Iowa.
  5. I would love an Oregon vs Alabama spring game, even tho Alabama is much tougher than Ohio State. Either way I would love to take on both.
  6. We'll just have to wait and see what he will say about potential additions of new teams, I really hope Oregon is included and that we have exciting games against our new B1G foes as well as USC, UCLA and (hopefully) Washington
  7. Still hoping he somehow brings Oregon and Washington to the Big Ten.
  8. UPDATE: The Big Ten's new commish will apparently be someone named Tony Petitti, I don't know if he will be able to bring Oregon and Washington to the Big Ten, I know that most here want the Pac-12 to survive but I sadly don't think it will...
  9. Apparently the Big Ten is in the final stages of it's commissioner search, according to some people who reported the ACC's commissioner staying in there. They say an annoucement could be done as soon as this week. Hopefully Oregon does manage to go to the Big Ten even if Kevin Warren isn't there anymore...
  10. Yeah I know about all those matchups, but I meant ones that haven't been announced but that Oregon is discussing rn. Either way, thanks for helping us with that schedule thing!
  11. I wonder if that rumor will indeed become true, I hope it does, we haven't seen any updates recently sadly...
  12. I really wish someone here was a CFB insider to at least know what kind of future matchups Oregon is discussing, there haven't been any future schedule news about the Ducks since 2021 and I want to know what matchups the Ducks are discussing.
  13. Yeah I know, I'm aware that Rob may never see my email but I do hope that the UO-Bama series does come into reality someday, but I'll be happy with what I have now, I hope that those future games we indeed have scheduled are promising.
  14. Off-topic but I absolutely still want to see Oregon playing against Alabama in a home-and-home series, the programs do have some ties despite their cultural differences, and Greg Byrne (Alabama's AD) was involved at something in Oregon between 1995 and 1998, according to Alabama's website, I wish I could let both AD's know how awesome that potential series would be, I think it would be a fun matchup that would be College GameDay worthy. Now if only AD's saw potential home and home series requests...
  15. Well at least Ohio State vs Georgia is still scheduled to happen, but it's gonna be in 2030 and 2031...
  16. Man, I really wish that someday Rob replies to my email about my proposal about the Oregon vs Alabama series.
  17. I'm 100% sure that Oregon and Washington will leave for the Big Ten, the new B1G commish will probably be there before the Pac-12 deal happens.
  18. I think that Georgia vs Colorado series is non-existent, but anyways, what I want is an Oregon vs Alabama series, tho any SEC opponent would be fine for me, but I want that Ducks vs Crimson Tide matchup ASAP!
  19. I really wish Rob Mullens somehow listens to us and schedules Alabama or any unique opponent like Notre Dame...
  20. I just sent a message to Rob Mullens, hopefully he does see it. "Hey Mr. Mullens, I may not be a formal member of the University of Oregon but I wanted to let you know about this issue that has been of concern towards the Oregon fanbase. Over the next 6 years, including this upcoming season, Oregon has scheduled 3 consecutive home-and-home series' against teams from the Big 12, which include Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and Baylor, I understand that these opponents shouldn't be underestimated and are great matchups for some people (Baylor has never played Oregon so it could gather interest), but, why haven't you made efforts to schedule teams from more diverse conferences like the SEC and the ACC? There's a huge list of games that will happen like for example California playing Auburn this year, Mississippi State playing both Arizona members of the Pac-12, and a huge list of Pac-12 games involving the Florida Gators, if we want to go even further, the Arizona Wildcats are scheduled to play against the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Virginia Tech Hokies in the 2030's! I know that you made your best efforts to schedule the three Big 12 teams in our future schedules, but I think there must a decision to be made, they won't gather many viewers especially since they aren't teams belonging to the largest leagues right now (the Big Ten and the SEC), just look at how many people watched our previous 2 games against Ohio State and Georgia, I'm not telling you to outright cancel those 3 home and home series', I'm just telling you to schedule more diverse teams that will indeed bring a lot of attention to TV viewers, as well as visits from both fanbases whether it is to Eugene or the opposing school's city. If you want to schedule a team that will bring a lot of positive energy and attention to the Ducks, I recommend scheduling the Alabama Crimson Tide, it's a very highly desired matchup that has never happened before and I wish that it happens someday, it should be discussed primarily as a home-and-home series with Alabama AD Greg Byrne, since he's already exclaimed the Tide has moved on from neutral site kickoffs, and if you want to safely schedule that series, it should be around 2035-36, I know it's a long time from now but I think that it should be enough to gather praise from both fan bases and it's currently the best years to schedule a series with the Crimson Tide. As for the empty spots in 2031 and 2034, I would recommend a series against either Notre Dame or Auburn, as both schools don't have opponents scheduled for the dates when you usually play the P5 OOC games. I don't know if you will ever see or reply to this but I do hope that you take this into consideration, I'm sure an Oregon vs Alabama series would be neat and everyone will love it! Yours truly, a young Oregon Ducks fan from Costa Rica." This is what I wrote to him.
  21. Could you please tell me what's Rob Mullens contact? I need to tell him that I want an SEC home and home series, preferably against Alabama in 2035-36, I still feel utterly embarassed that we only have Big 12 opponents and possibly two future conference foes (Michigan State and Ohio State) as the P5 home and home series. I want the SEC, Alabama or Florida would be the best choices!
  22. Yeah, please let the Ducks schedule an SEC home and home series for ONCE! I really wish I could see a series against Alabama or Florida, too bad no AD will ever reply to us, but we at least have hope. Go Ducks!
  23. I have said this over and over, but I hate the fact that we haven't scheduled any sort of SEC home-and-home series ever since we destroyed Tennessee, yes I know we played Auburn and Georgia but I want to see an actual home and home series being scheduled against the Southeastern Conference, those home and home series against the Big 12 won't do anything good, the biggest opponent is probably Oklahoma State but that's not anything compared to potential home and home series against Alabama or Florida. Also if Mullens does leave (which I sadly doubt) who would replace him? I wish Alabama's AD would do it to increase the chances of my dream matchup coming true. Altman shouldn't leave imo.
  24. Today I've been extra careful since it's April Fools, a USC fan tried to troll us and Washington by posting this, I know it's a lie tho:
  25. I agree, if the Big Ten was trying to invite USC they logically should have also brought UCLA if they at least wanted to preserve a rivalry, there's no way USC and Oregon were the OG teams, it would have hurt the rivalries like USC-UCLA and Oregon-Washington/OSU
