As for the jerk, after the game I bet he didn't think we beat them and controlled the game from start to finish but it was them playing badly.

I understand you and others being cautious and to expect growing pains. But to me it sure seems that it will be a great start right out of the gate.
Not only is he and his staff exhibiting positives but we have experience and talent across the field.
There's plenty of examples of quick starts and I just can't think of why this would be any different given the situation.
I could be a homer and have rose colored glasses but for the life of me I just can't believe anything else until it doesn't happen.

But it's also called building culture. A culture that always puts growth as it's #1 objective is one of the better ones. Just like "Win the Day".
You have to take it 1 day at a time. That's what we essentially have control over. No wasted energy on anything other than getting better than yesterday
This again feels like DL gets it and will be a better fit for the Ducks. Bravo

It can be a one sided descion either players or coaches probably a mutual one. Either way it's sad but to be expected.
Actually I'm surprised it's not happening more often with a complete staff change. These guys we all Recruited by the previous administration.

Thanks coach. I really don't understand all the Xs and Os but do a lot of reading and saw in 1 article the reason for the pistol is deception.
Where the RB lines up gives tips to the defense. By putting him directly behind the QB they have no idea which side the play is on.
Also is the pistol brought from Nevada by Mastro the same one your describing?

I read the article and it's head trauma suits that are driving this discussion. It's the same thing with targeting. And they are not going to back down. It will change.

Mostly natural talent trumps. You will find the 3* that developed but it no where close.
Competitiveness, passion, discipline just adds to the talent. You can only change your physical attributes so much. The others a lot more.

My belief is that it's simply a philosophy of life he has. It's mine also and has been effective in helping me deal with the ups and downs of our human existence.
It's a way to communicate to others that talk is cheap it's what you do not what you say you're going to do. I believe it's his foundation and the culture he wants create with his players, staff and community.
