U Duh is a crew/rowing school... They tried Curling, but the ice was so thin, they kept losing their rocks.
The shells are equipped with low drag coefficient sonar (Most likely snagged during a breakin at the OSU engineering complex) which allows the search for the lost equipment to continue to this day.

My step dad played for the beavith... (starter on d line. Quit the team a couple days after Pearl Harbor)
He worshipped the ground the great pumpkin rolled upon...
It was logical, Captain.

Scratch that...
I could probably make a small dent in a few things for that kinda dough.
Most weekends, the NFL gives me a pain a pill won't reach

Las Vegas wouldn't be an equitable comparison for Duck fans, distance wise.
the problem is, there are no major stadiums available in similar driving distance.

Oregon only wins if Miami's players were arrested, tried and SENT TO GUANTANAMO prior to the game.
FIFY... if some of those dudes were on the contiguous US back then, they would have been out faster than a Don James Era linebacker...

The obfuscationality is impressive.

Two of the most important words in the English language... 'If', and 'Then'.
IF MC allows his assistants the freedom to perform with a reasonable level of autonomy, THEN it is reasonable to assume his team has a legit chance of success

How long can we swat this back and forth?

Is this an Oregon victory assisted by the NIL racket?
Too subtle?

Soon as the boob-burds arrive, MC would be saddened by the boorish fans...

Kayden Proctor has included Oregon in his top 7. Obviously it's still early on but we can definitely see the inroads Dan Lanning's staff is making in next year's recruiting. Can you imagine if Adrian Klemm is able reel this guy in? He's an absolute monster at 6'7" and 330lbs!
Kayden Proctor's top 7Serious beef on that gentleman!

Gattis' offense at Mich. averaged 31 points per game (removed points from D/PR/KR) which is exactly where MC likes it; a TRUE match indeed!
I originally wished MC well, but then the Alamo Bowl confirmed what @Charles Fischer had been saying all along: "MC is ruining the offense." Now I hope MC will be relegated to coaching OL in the FCS within 2-3 years. I'm also tired of hearing Colin Cowherd and Joy Taylor gloat about Miami getting MC, but that's a discussion for another day.
I'll say this for MC, he IS the self-contained embodiment of recruiting (both coaches and players) for a program. Turnover inevitably happens, but assistant coach and player recruiting doesn't miss a beat. That is nice to have all wrapped up in a head coach. It's a quality I hope Lanning has. We all acknowledge that Lanning appears to have assembled the "Recruiting Avengers", but if they leave, is there no drop off because Dan Lanning is the embodiment of recruiting for a program?
Time will tell; I'm excited for Lanning & Co. I have a feeling he's already miles ahead of MC on Xs and Os scheme/vision.
The Curd isn't my go to pundit...

For years, it was assumed by virtually every pundit and talking head in America, that if UW or USC were the opponent, the DUCKS could be pencilled in as the lower.
Not only that, but based on past reputation, those two were perennially ranked, while Oregon was an afterthought.
I want the DUCKS to be the presumed, and actual, dominant member of the PAC, for as long as possible.

Crush opponents, like Drago pounded Rockie in the first couple rounds... but have the wit, will, and endurance to finish the job.

Does it bother anyone that the ramp where the men's and women's " big air" ski events are going on is literally on a nuclear power plant site, immediately next to multiple cooling towers and the settling pond?
Reminds me of John Wayne filming epic action films in Monument Valley, site of years of nuclear testing...

If everyone went through life the way 'we' try to work together keeping this site a haven of civility, this world would be very boring... for the troublemakers.
Kudos

Is Ignorance a Good Excuse? (For Anything)

How simple do the rules need to be?
I was in charge of training a a group of men to operate large, precision equipment for grinding steel (We manufactured saws, in this case, band saws up to 60' long, and 16" wide.).
A huge part of that is SAFETY PROCEDURES... duh.
Some of those involve proper use of the proper tools, and good maintenance practices... Again, duh.
You would probably be shocked how many potentially crippling injuries I witnessed over a 20+ year career that involved little things like not replacing a screw with a worn Allen head, or wearing safety glasses around the grinding wheel... Or even reporting what should have been a minor bit of grit in an eye (we had trained first aid staff, as well as an eye wash station in the immediate area).
In that particular case, the guy was in a hurry to leave for Thanksgiving weekend, and returned to work, the following Monday with both eyes swollen shut with infection, and argued when I insisted he go to the ER.
The doctor told me it was bad enough the employee would have lost vision in both eyes, permanently, in a very brief time.
To top it off, when the injured party filled out his incident report, and wassubsequently interviewed by OSHA, his explanation was Thai failed to properly train him, and he didn't notice the multiple warning signs in the area.
STICK TO YOUR GUNS, Charles!
