  1. I am already annoyed that Jedd Fisch has a last name with most of my last name, (Fischer) and but then when I hear him say it? The "Fish" sound comes off very wrong to me. This is a "Fish"Duck thing I'm sure, but damn....a Husky with ties to my personal name and website name?
  2. See the latest at the end of this thread.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oregon already got an experienced corner in the transfer portal, and was good, but when a talent this good in Muhammad becomes available...you take your shot. This guy could truly shut down anyone at USC or Ohio State, and could be a massive difference in a defense where ever he decides to land. It appears to be an Oregon-Texas battle, and he has finished visiting Oregon, and will visit Texas on Wednesday-Thursday of this week. He is from Desoto, Texas but it appears there are issues with some credits being able to transfer to the Longhorns, while a transfer to the Ducks would be smooth. Muhammad was interested in Oregon from the beginning, yet he will be on a highly ranked team with either choice and NIL may weigh into it. Oregon will be fine without him, but he would be the best cover-corner in the room if he decided to be a Duck. And there would probably be some transfer casualties among one or more young-gun corners if this happens. I have been withholding up to this moment, and I will say that this Husky-Bastard was pretty damn good against us, and rather than face him again--I would welcome him on our team as we have other former Huskies. You can't hold it against them for being Huskies when they make the smart decision to leave... JHOP at the other site gives us a slight 60-40 edge, but this is before the Texas visit. We'll find out in the next week, but it is good-or-good for Our Beloved Ducks.
  3. That quote has since proven to NOT come from him...but we can agree with it anyway!
  4. Duckley Palace...that is a pretty good first post! Great to have you in this wonderful community--do post often and WELCOME!
  5. Agreed, this was about WBB, but the post from "X" gave no context, thus I interpreted it wrong.
  6. Fisch developed players, as Smith did at Oregon State, and both were good at talent analysis when taking the unheralded player. The success of both coaches considering where both began is simply astounding. Both would at Washington would be scary at worst, and troublesome for Oregon at best. But Rich-Rod was more fun...
  7. Gotta soak it up while we can, and frankly--we have a shot at being the champion later!
  8. What Crepea wrote makes me angry...Oregon "refuses to even attempt?"
  9. Crepea is supposedly on our side, and Canzano is not?
  10. Three minute meeting? Pretty cold-blooded. This helps Dano on the recruiting trail...Washington is NOT about family.
  11. Wowsa. Pass up Washington to stay at Kansas? Whew! How was Kansas with recruiting? No. 48! He would have fit right in with the Huskies... 2024 Kansas Jayhawks football commitment list KANSAS.RIVALS.COM The definitive source for all Kansas news.
  12. I've got red marks all over me from the pinching I'm doing...is all this good news frickenor real?
  13. BTW....Oregon was No. 6 in the nation with 20 of the 4/5-Star recruits... 2024 Oregon Ducks football commitment list OREGON.RIVALS.COM The definitive source for all Oregon news.
  14. Now, let's look at Arizona under Fisch this last year... Yikes! No. 46 in the nation with only two of the 4/5-Star recruits? Looks like he'll fit right in!
  15. First let's look at how Washington finished up with recruiting... Wowsa. No. 63 in the nation with only four of the 4/5-Star recruits?
  16. Wow. You gotta hear this short video...boy, coaches lie through their teeth!
  17. Would he be at Washington for long?
