Fun little fact. Cooper Legas, the QB who came off the bench for Utah State played with Noah Sewell in high school and won a state championship together.

IMHO BYU lost because they could not stop UAB and UAB won the line of scrimmage on both sides. I wouldn't blame it on the QB change.

If Utah comes in the right mindset it could be a real good tough game. If they have a "deer in the headlights" mentality due to being in the Rose Bowl and also playing Ohio State it will get ugly for them. Last night I watched a 20 minute or so video of the Oregon-Ohio State game highlights just to get some kind of feel for the upcoming game. I didn't see anything in that particular game where their offense got away from your guys. Oregon kept them in check pretty well. On the other hand if you watch them against Michigan State you would think they are absolutely unstoppable and will destroy all in their path. I really don't know what to expect but hope the Utes get to taste victory.

Just joined yesterday. Really like the tone of this website. Now for confessions, I am a Utah fan and just found this site around the time of the first meeting a couple of weeks back. FWIW, prior to the formation of the Pac 12, Oregon was my favorite P5 team and I still like to see them succeed. Another reason I want to be here is because, especially recently, Oregon has been getting the top Utah high schoolers to play football up there. Love watching Noah as he is a beast, interesting to see Jeffrey Bassa getting some time and interested in seeing Jackson Light's progress (he's using a different last name now which escapes me). I am no Xs and Os expert but I do love college football. I would love to see some Utah program history made today and have a shot at the roses. Hope to interact more now and again as time passes on.
