One Freakish Duck and the Freaks We Will Face in 2024 (Pre-Playoffs)
Last month I took a flight from PDX to Las Vegas and Mr. Burch was on that flight. Reading the height/weight numbers does not due this man justice. I was absolutely incredified at how big this guy is. To know that a man that size can move like he does is amazing. I talked very briefly with him and his demeanor, politeness, and attitude are intangibles that will make him a very successful person both on and off the field. Lanning has said it many times that he wants good players on the field who are good people off the field. Mr. Burch epitomizes that.

Natty: Do We Love Oregon’s Chances or Just Really, Really Like Them?
If this was Gabriel's second season with the Ducks, I would LOVE the Ducks chances. Since this is year one, I really LIKE the chances. I am hopeful that the chemistry with the offense develops rapidly and the team lives up to and exceeds the expectations!

SC is SICK of Oregon...
I can think of one area where USC would be totally dominate: The American Conference. Oh wait, that's where Tulane plays. USC could totally dominate the MAC.

Surprised at the Oregon QB Room?
I know next to nothing about Novosad. He looked good throwing the ball and moving in the pocket. My only concern when I looked at him vs. Gabriel vs. Moore is that he has a very slight frame. I don't want to sell the kid short because he may be tough as nails but we are going into a conference with some big dudes. His durability would be a concern for me until he bulks up. Again, I don't know much about him and my impression is only what my opinion.

My first half reactions: All QB's that have played can nail the check downs Timing is off on throws 20+ yards with all QB's Dante Moore is gonna be a stud Defensive line is very impressive One of the more physical spring games I have seen Tez is electric! It looks like we have a kicker!

Live Updates from Oregon's 2024 Spring Football Game
Don't like seeing injuries...Holden was just hurt. Grabbing his hamstring area. T-Ferg with two drops on catchable balls. Tough for offenses so far

I was really hoping to see more accuracy from Gabriel on the longer throws. It's been really erratic so far.

Sources: Harbaugh Accepts Head Coach Job with Chargers
You know who the biggest loser out of this is? Ryan Day. Even IF he beats Michigan next year, all the Michigan fans are gonna say "yeah, but you couldn't beat Harbaugh"... And now he'll never have the chance...😂

Which Former Pac-12 Teams Do You Want To Fail or Succeed?
Call it curiosity, call it justifying my personal dislikes, but I am wondering which former Pac-12 team you want to see fall flat and which team you would actually like to see succeed (other than OBD of course). I'll go first. USC is the the team I want to see fall flat. All their pompous, better than you attitude and then whining that it's somebody else's fault when they underperform. Just really grates on me. I'm tired of hearing that Lincoln Riley is an offensive genius and I want what happens when he doesn't have his QB. Tie for second to UW and Colorado. One team that I actually want to see do well in their new conference is Utah. After the injury plagued year they had, I would like to see them dominate the Big12.

The Survey for Possible Upgrades at Autzen
After going to Allegiant Stadium for the Pac-12 Championship, it was an eye opener regarding how much Autzen could do for the fan experience. That place was around $2 Billion to complete and I am by no means saying Oregon should try to build a stadium like that. BUT, the concession opportunities, the restroom facilities, even fan movement during halftime at Autzen could certainly use upgrades/improvement. I am sure you all have encountered that one group of people who decide to swim upstream through the crowd at halftime....

Update: Jan. 22 News on Lock-Down Corner Transfer Jabbar Muhammad
That was my thought as well! Speaking of Gonzalez, how awesome is it to see him on the commercials (part of the Por La Cultura series) during the NFL playoffs wearing the all yellow Duck uniform!? No Colorado, just OBD!!!
