Posted January 1, 20241 yr Administrator Good gosh this will get ugly in conference...wait until we play Arizona, Stanford, UCLA or USC? (or Washington State, or Colorado...and we have to play them all twice?) We only scored 41? On the Beavers? Somebody please...give me some upside? Mr. FishDuck
January 1, 20241 yr ' Embarrassing! I can hardly believe how far we have fallen in the last 3 1/2 yrs. I guess one good half is better than none lol.
January 1, 20241 yr Do we not pay NIL to women's basketball? Something obviously very wrong in my uneducated opinion.
January 1, 20241 yr Oregon's guard Peyton Scott was injured in November and is out for the season, so that's probably part of the problem.

Not sure if that's an upside or not as it kinda infers this season is going to continue to be awful. Though, a possible and not related upside is that Altman might be getting the men's team on track.

All starting and playing well for good teams. It sure looks to me from 400 miles away that Mark Campbell was responsible for UO's previous success. I just watched the "highlights" of tonight's game and UO looked poorly coached to me. Poor fundamentals and poor team defense. I couldn't see much offense -- but I guess there wasn't much to see. I know it is dangerous to conclude anything from a few minutes of highlights, but nevertheless... Yikes! Edited January 1, 20241 yr by Cacker Guy
January 1, 20241 yr The one player necessity that cannot be coached is speed. Ducks have no speed because, apparently, that’s ignored in the recruiting process. Only in golf can a slow player excell.
