Three de-commits in the span of nine days is a worrisome trend for USC football. The latest came on Thursday from four-star Hylton Stubbs.

The loss of Stubbs, a four-star at Mandarin (Jacksonville, Florida), is especially tough for USC given how highly ranked the player is – Stubbs is the No. 17 safety prospect in the nation.

Miller Moss is not a finished product. We can all admit that.

Elite 11 hasn't been all that predictive of a player's actual success though... Check out the result of the 2020 one that really didn't age well at all.

Oregon commit Tyler Thompson had a solid three days as did others.

I feel the elite 11 does a fine job of measuring tangables. Which do matter.

But not the intangibles which matter more.

Bless their hearts.
