Steven A Moderator No. 2 Share Posted November 4, 2021 Can't blame him, home state, great track program and maybe their WR room isn't quite as crowded as ours. Better to lose at this position that so many others.
latracey No. 3 Share Posted November 4, 2021 Until they sign on the dotted line, you just never know. I was looking forward to seeing this guy on the football team in the fall and on the track in the spring. That all said, I wish nothing but the best of good fortune to this young man.
Haywarduck Moderator No. 4 Share Posted November 4, 2021 It doesn't look like he ever even visited. If he hasn't, get him out and visit Hayward Field, along with Autzen and the campus. He did visit usc, university of south Compton, and didn't bite. He may want to focus on track and not go to a school with such a competitive football program. Also might like getting beat by Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Auburn and Ole Miss every year? It is a tough decision leaving home and moving across the country. Tbird No. 5 Share Posted November 4, 2021 He’s been to UO many times for track competitions and to watch Olympic trials with his father, who is a renowned NCAA track coach. He knows what UO is on on the oval, just wants to be closer to the fam.

Jon Joseph Moderator No. 8 Share Posted November 4, 2021 "Commitment," as used in in CFB recruiting is a perfect example of the Latin: 'Non Sequitur.'

Clemons is a physically larger receiver (6'3" 205#) than Satagna (5'11" 170#) and rated higher than either Satagna or Anderson (247 and Rivals) as well as being an All-American invitee.
