The Crap-2 Championship is nothing to shake a stick at.

I agree.  It was a fun spectacle to witness.  I watched the whole thing.  It was like watching two disease-ridden alley cats fight to the death over a dead rat.  Very entertaining.

The whole OAC look on game day is just cringey.  Empty seats in a bandbox, the whole chainsaw thing, the look of desperation in the stadium graphics and customer’s faces, and an ultra weak “storm the field, we beat our buddy who does not like us” maneuver just made me laugh.  They are having a tough go of it coming to grips with their lot in life.

I am so amused that they have gone from an upper half team in a power conference to getting blown out by the dregs in a G5 conference in less than a year.  They are what they are:  a bottom feeder that will occasionally get lucky only to have coaches and players immediately bolt.  It is time the fans realize that no matter the level of competition, they are who they are.  They could land in the weakest conference there is and in one year be losing to the worst teams.  UMass and New Mexico State are their peers.

Of course, this is all due to the unethical maneuvers of “hole”.

OAC football needs to die.  I beg them to follow the Santa Clara model of eliminating football and embracing basketball and a few other sports.  Every Oregonian should hope this happens before all the fun and free money is gone and the taxpayers have to keep this alley cat alive.

Pathetic

While I don't disagree with anything posted, I do recognize that beating the Beavs was more enjoyable when they were a G4 team.

Now it's like beating up a 1st grader. I almost feel like a bully! (Almost)

To me the saddest thing is even their fan base doesn't go to their games. They've had loads of empty seats every game except against us.

Have y'all noticed how much green & yellow have been at all our away games?! Not only are our fans traveling, but apparently we have many fans in B1G cities!

I did love what the WSU coach said about them not being 'buddies'. He is right. If given an opportunity, the Beavs would have left them in a heartbeat.

Though they brought about their own demise, we can afford a little generosity. It was a very entertaining win for their faithful. And for those Beaver fans we all work with, we can congratulate them on their only Pac2 championship, as we celebrate our Natty win!

I may be off but by my calculation, the Pac finishes as follows.

OBD 1-0

Cal   1-0

WSU 1-1

Beavis 1-2

fuskies 0-1

That’s nice in theory, but the minute the Ducks lose a game those Beavis fans you feel sorry for will be crawling out of the woodwork talking all kinds of trash. I say let them rot in the Group of Five or Six.

Seems like the right thing to do.

Thanks DC Featherbutt!  What a fantastic word picture of a football game!

I laughed so hard I spilled my Ice cold Black Butte Porter!  Between the two, it brought a tear to my eye!

So that’s what we call a 5 and 6 juggernaut. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Spilling any libation over those two is worth a tear or three.

I'd shed one over a couple hot wings.
