DrJacksPlaidPants Moderator No. 13 Share Posted December 8 Everybody talks about strength of schedule. However, they seem to forget about inexplicable losses. The committee didn’t admit it, but it looks like they punished teams with inexplicable losses which I’m a big fan of. When you don’t beat the teams you’re supposed to beat then you don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt. Bama (OU, Vandy), Miami (Syracuse, GT), Ole Miss (Kentucky, Florida) were left out. Ohio State (Michigan) was dropped to the 8 seed despite beating Penn State head to head.
