Lane Kiffin... So Much SEC Whining

Recommended Posts

Kiffin is not only continuing with his whine-fest, he seems to be accelerating.

Maybe he just does not understand that he needs to lose fewer games.

Kiffin and Finebaum are SEC hubris on overload with this, neither Alabama nor Ole Miss deserved to be in the Playoff. Texas's SOS wasn't much better than Indiana's and they didn't win their conference; that was Georgia, who barely escaped Kentucky, lost to Alabama. They did beat Clemson, who just got beat by Texas, and beating Texas twice are Georgia's best wins.

So SEC, you might want it more, but you really don't get it this time.

Right.  A three-loss team that included losses to .500 teams should be allowed in?

Saban is SO PROUD!

Got to love that Tennessee just didn't show up but all the other teams didn't belong. Tennessee was the third best SEC team and they look like they didn't belong just as much as the other teams.

Maybe the SEC should do their own championship bracket and send their best teams oh wait that's called the regular season.

It took a special performance, but Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin was the biggest loser of the College Football Playoff first round.

Lane, about that Florida job? 😁

This is about as good a read as you will find on the subject of the pro-SEC media.

AWFULANNOUNCING.COM

ESPN spent the first weekend of the College Football Playoff bashing underdogs, criticizing fans, and living in the negative.

It is a great look at the blatant favoritism of the announcers toward the SEC. "Not a knock on Indiana" Come on, Herbstreit.

This is the same guy who made Al Davis look credible in his reasons for firing him. The guy who was then hired at Tennessee and guaranteed a win over defending champion Florida in the Swamp just to play not to lose by more than two scores. This is the guy who then left like a thief in the night after his only season in Tennessee to go to USC, he didn't tell his players and he spoke to a shocked media as he was clearing out his office.

How did that tenure go down? Oh yeah, he was fired on the tarmac after three years. The Lane Train was cute at Florida Atlantic, but he has no credibility at all when it comes to anything relevant outside of shaming Paul Finebaum at SEC media days.

Ole Miss is a never was, and this was their dream team. They complained about Ohio States 20 million dollar roster, they called Oregon soft. Meanwhile they were one of the most aggressive teams acquiring guys through the portal and it still wasn't good enough. Ole Miss tows the SEC line because they can't stand out on their own. Go cry to your third wife Lane.

Lame Kiffin. I had a friend in the Navy, her mom misspelled her name on the birth certificate, so she is Veroncia,

Kiffin will never amount to much as a coach. His job is to set a standard for his players, and be a leader of young men. Instead he chooses to act like a bratty child.

Would never want my kid playing for him.
