20 hours ago20 hr I'll be honest... I feel like the retros were a little overused for my liking last year. I know some of the greybeards feel differently and I respect that.I also feel that Oregon's uniforms last year had two sets and they didn't really mix well. We had the modern color palette of Oregon with the black, yellow and white and then the retro green and white. The yellow of the retros is just a very different shade and didn't work with the modern look.Personally I'd like a set of uniforms that could be mixed and matched better with a few strictly one-offs.

19 hours ago19 hr Moderator I'm intrigued about "the kit that will be discussed, like, a lot" Hopefully it won't be for the game on Peacock that I don't have anymore.

12 hours ago12 hr I really do not like the uniforms pre-late 90s. Like none of them except for maybe some from the 1890s or early 1900s or something. I think the uniforms at the National Championship in Glendale vs. Auburn was our peak. I prefer more black, more neon, or maybe forest green. If a uniform ensemble doesn't work with a carbon fiber helmet then it needs to go away. Definitely no pink or blue uniforms, that's for sure.

10 hours ago10 hr Moderator I think Nike has had some hits and misses with Oregon uniforms. Trying to hit refresh over the course of a few decades is never that easy. If the players love the combos, and all the swag that goes with the various options, then keep it rolling. Nike wrestled the NFL contract away from Reebok years ago, and Oregon football definitely played a role in helping them. I think the old saying that you shouldn’t bite the hand that feeds you probably is applicable.

But I wouldn't mind seeings these as a throwback for one game in a season.
6 hours ago6 hr There have been uniforms I've really liked. Others, not so much.Only problem, Nike doesn't consult me!Oh well. I guess it's wait and see!

Obviously, the two you mentioned as well as the gray "blue collar" Radcliffe uniforms and the Webfoots.
