Yesterday at 06:21 PM1 day Moderator No. Oregon RB Jayden Limar will leave the Ducks to pursue a transfer https://share.google/7twi5UK2xOHaKgvBLAnother potentially important depth loss for Oregon in the RB room down the stretch along with Hughes and Harris. Harris was at practice yesterday and perhaps will stay thru the playoff run. If he is gone today, the RB room is getting pretty thin with Riggs injured. This is probably why linebacker Platt was seen practicing with the RBs yesterday. He played a fair amount of RB in HS.This transfer window timing bs is really stinging OBD.
Yesterday at 06:55 PM1 day No. Terrible timing indeed. I also noticed that OBD hasn't landed anyone in the portal yet. Maybe nobody is right, but also the coaches may not have time to look...
Yesterday at 07:08 PM1 day Author Moderator No. So now Fentress is reporting the news that Davison has a fractured clavicle and is out for the duration. Crap, this is turning one of Oregon's strongest positions rooms into a weakness.
Yesterday at 07:16 PM1 day Author Moderator No. The RB personnel present at practice today will speak volumes about who is available. No Davison is a major blow given how Oregon would need to lean into the run game against Indiana.

7 hours ago7 hr No. Limar is a versatile and talented football player. I will miss watching him in a Ducks uniform. The timing of his decision sucks.Next man up - go Ducks.
6 hours ago6 hr No. As a former athlete/competitor, I don’t understand why you would quit on your team in the middle of a national championship run. Even if you weren’t playing, contributing on the scout team and being part of a potential national championship is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

For example, U OF O shows Jan 12 as last day to enroll in winter term.
5 hours ago5 hr No. The "inconvenience and frustrations" are part of the point. NFL-Lite knows where it wants to go and having the "masses" scream and cry out for the very changes they want to make is preferable to having to "fight" what for what you want to get, but with significant obstacles standing in your way.Let the frustrations...simmer...to Piss off enough people, and they will give you what you want to alleviate whatever is piss'n em off. Standard human ploy been used since mankind first started cooperating together for common goals. We have been witnessing this in college athletics for most of this century. The rules, standards, and traditions, especially in the sports of football and basketball, are completely night and day from what athletes, coaches, and administrations built their programs and infrastructure around pre 2000's. Give it a few more years, but no later than mid 2030's (still have annoying pre NFL-lite TV contracts to burn through) and we will probably see a 16-24 team playoff, no conference title games (unless integrated into the playoffs in some way), maximum of 10 -12 days "off" for Any playoff teams, NCG being played NLT the second weekend on January, and the transfer portal aligned better to allow all teams, playoffs or not, be on equal footing with each other for the same portal window and coaching carousel.I for one am not crazy about it but also something I have no personal control over, so it will be whatever it will be. Just hope that OBD can remain the oddball program that somehow keeps its (duck)head and values about itself and continues to try to stay above the "fray" going on all around college athletics.GO DUCKS!

The Indiana game is Friday.Furthermore, I don’t see anything preventing a player from being enrolled in multiple schools. You usually have weeks to drop classes without penalty.I’m sure there is a work around. If your new school/coach doesn’t understand or is not supportive of you finishing the season and competing for a national championship, do you really want to play for that coach/school?
