Does that mean 6 teams from the sec get in? Just kidding 🤪

Yep......and I am not kidding.

Well, it's all about abilities and rankings.  So I think it's fair.   12-team playoff will definitely reduce/eliminate controversies - if you are #13, you should only have yourself to blame.  🙂

My problem are the byes for the top 4.  Not really a level field if you have a bye before your 1st playoff game.  Plus more time to game plan for an opponent.  8 or 16, no byes.

Pac-12 led the way here. 12 is OK so long as all P5 champs are in along with 1 G5.

The SEC and Big will likely get 3 teams in every season. Follow the $.

Expansion could be approved as early as next month? Powers that be meet on 12/1/21. Could go to 12 as soon as 2023.

Should be 16, but I can live with 12 vs 4.

Any format that reduces the input of a committee and their protocols, which they adhered to or dismissed as their agenda required, will be an improvement.
