Can Oregon get a Star While Nobody else is Looking?

Recommended Posts

I'm really liking how Lanning is going after these sneaky three star guys. Shows me he's paying attention to true potential and not just star gazing.

Hope Oregon can sign the young man but it seems like lots of folks including the recruiting analyst at The Athletic are watching? Kid starts getting big time offers and he will be a 4* overnight

Seems like there is a plethora of untapped potential in Texas. Many program pulling the lower talent out of that state and having great success, go Dan go!

A "Bo Jackson-Lite" would be good to me!

LMJ was a Texas 3 star, Kenjon Barner was a SoCal 3 star DB

Indeed. And the Pac-12 could have added Texas Tech, TCU, Baylor and Houston. (SIGH.)

That one makes me want to pull my hair out.  Can you imagine the recruiting exposure Oregon would have being on their TVs every year and playing in their stadiums every other??  Such a huge missed opportunity.

Kid has offers from Mich, Mich state, ND, Clem, Oregon, Wash, AU and many others. He is a big Dude. 5'11" 220lb. Not the fastest kid. Speed probably hurt his rankings.
