They look right at home. 

Now if we can get a quack it would be perfect. 

 

Right now I'm placing the over/under for five-star recruits this class at 2.5 (I feel Oregon could actually get 3)

Both? 

With the way that Lanning and company are recruiting, I think 3... 5* players is a safe but yet low expectation.  How many 5* players will we get? I don't know but Oregon is in the running for so many 5* players I expect Lanning and company to sign more.

 

Think about what they've shown us so far.

 

-Josh Conerly Jr #1 offensive lineman in school history. Lanning landed him with only having what 3 months on the job while building his staff. 

 

-Dante Moore #1 QB in school history!

 

He's landed the best players IN SCHOOL HISTORY at 2 different positions and he hasn't had 1 full year under his belt recruiting for Oregon yet!!! Think about how insane that is.

 

The thing I take away from it is not just how relentless of a recruiting staff we have at Oregon BUT more importantly how well the build relationships with recruits.

 

Dante Moore 5* ✅

 

Jurrion Dickey probably moves up to 5* ✅

 

I really think we can land Richard Young 5*

 

I think we can land David Hicks 5*

 

I think we can land Matayo Uiagalelei 5*

 

There are more out there that we could get as well but I like our chances with relentless recruiters who build relationships.

Moore, Young, Hicks, UIag and a reclasification of ......Jurion Dickey. That makes 5.. Yep, I may be wearing green colored glasses, but thats how I see it. Samson Okun is the only other one out there. Dare I say 6? That's asking too much.

I feel confident at landing 3 with reclassifications. 

 

Four or five I won't know what to do with myself I'll be so shocked. But I do feel like it is possible.

Me when this recruiting class is all said and done!

I'm going to take off my green colored glasses and go with two 5 stars including any reclassifications.   Then if we get more that just makes it all the more sweeter!  🙂

I'm going with over also. But let's remember it's volatile until early signing day and even beyond.
