The Ducks are getting the 5-star lineman back on campus this weekend for what could be a pivotal visit. Hicks taking the trip shows that there is still a very clear mutual interest. He's developed great relationships with Dan Lanning and Tosh Lupoi and is intrigued at the idea of playing under two strong defensive minds. The Ducks were originally part of Proctor’s top-7 less than a year ago, but he eventually trimmed it down and left Oregon on the outside before committing to the Hawkeyes, his home-state team. Dan Lanning, and more importantly, Adrian Klemm, never let up, and they’ve been working hard to get Proctor back on campus this season. It just so happened that he is coming to the northwest for the rivalry environment of Oregon vs. Washington. This year they don't have the players they need on so many levels and are just trying to make do... and it's not working.
