I don’t think he’ll be doing it again. It looked like the ref gave him a talking-to in the original broadcast.

Doesn't look like Utah's TE is enjoying the scoot.

Perhaps he was just trying to get Oregon better field position?  The way a RB or WR will place the ball further down the field than where they are tackled.  Needs a bit of work.
