I was rooting for Michigan but am now going for TCU.  Can't root for the overrated BIG anymore...

 

Hope Georgia smashes Ohio State later too.

Even without the Pick-6, TCU is just looking so impressive early... both their defense & offense. 

 

They nearly dug themselves a terrible early hole, but their defense rocked Michigan at the goal line.

TCU came to play. Love the energy

TCU looks real good early and hungry.  Perhaps Michigan was overconfident heading into the game?

 

 

Lots of game left but I do like how TCU's playing.

And here comes Michigan.

To me, TCU just looks like they really are 'that good'

Michigan is a one-dimensional running team. The Purple Kermits are forcing them into a downfield passing game.

Sonny Dykes was fired by Cal Berkeley because he didn't win.  Look at him now.  Maybe Wilcox doesn't get the credit he is due.

Michigan has had the ball 1st and goal from inside the five yard line on 3 different occasions.

 

And they've come away with only 6 points. 

 

TCU defense has been exceptional.

Perhaps. I always thought Sonny Dykes was an odd fit at California. The issue IMHO during Dykes time at Cal was that none of his teams had any D to speak of - his offense though was creative and interesting to watch. With Wilcox, it's just the opposite - D is adequate while O is just atrocious.

 

Nonetheless, Cal can be a difficult place to produce a winner although Jeff Tedford proved that you can win there - having winning records 9 of the 11 seasons he coached at the school.

Timing on that 3rd and goal was awesome. Love what tcu is doing right now. Watch out. Could be a Cinderella year

Not the prettiest game I've ever seen, but certainly exciting and anything but boring.

 

And somewhere during this game, it appears a track meet broke put. 

 

 

Hmmm, a 76 yard touchdown to a 6'4", 215 lb WR with 4.4 speed.  Aren't we discussing a potential recruit with similar assets?
