  2. Not really if you look at the results on my prediction contest score 49-17 (it was 56-10), I called 3 take-aways, we had 3...6 sacks, we had 3. 335 passing yards, we had 338 3 turnovers (by 3 starters) was a surprise. Total yardage domination (750-202) and holding the hyped Rutgers passing game to 79 yds...pleasant surprise
  3. What about Akili Jr???
  4. If he’s transferring the it means he thinks he won’t start next season. Read into that what you will.
  5. I was surprised by Kenyon Sadiq's monster game, until he got dinged up. He's obviously the best player on the field when he is healthy, so I'm guessing he was not healthy verses Indiana. If he was, different outcome!
  6. Never a ... OK, I had more than a few doubts coming into this game. And the start was - Oh No! 🤬 But after the 1st half of the first quarter, I simply relaxed and enjoyed.😍 OBD got right, left, north, south, east, west, 360 degrees RIGHT and then some! There is a B1G gap between the upper tier of this conference and the bottom third. That was a fun, fun, fun watch. Daddy, don't take the Offense away! As you so noted, Charles, it was so good to see the OL play Monster Mash. BLAST BUCKY!
  7. Judging from the intense expression on the face of Lanning during and after the game, I'd guess he will see to it that the Ducks keep up their intensity.
  8. I thought Novosad was injured.
  9. Surprised only that Rutgers was not ready to play at all. They can’t be that bad. They were leading Washington at one point a week or 2 ago. Right? Now, how does the team keep the intensity for a weak-ish Wisconsin team?
  10. 7 takeaways from Oregon Ducks' 56-10 blowout win over Rutgers
  11. Instant Takeaways: Ducks rebound from first loss with near perfection in New Jersey
  12. The list of surprises is long, but for me--it was great to see the offensive line get angry and dominate a so-so program's defensive line. No playing down, as we had hat-on-hat often, and saw superb extended blocking. On the flip side...I saw a few holds by us that were not called, and would love to clean that up. What surprises were there for YOU?
  13. It is the question of the day...
  14. OK, let's transition to new threads after the game. Start one!
  15. Riley has a $90 million buyout.... 🤣🤣🤣 Love it.
  16. Five observations from this game Oregon is a top 5 team. Ohio State and Indiana are better right now Cignetti and his staff outcoached DL and his last weekend. Oregon needed that fire lit under their butts and they responded This is still a team that could win a championship

  18. What have I missed? Is he transferring? Has Brock Thomas become the backup QB? Luke Moga?

  22. What an impressive response to a tough loss last week.
  23. I was around at that time as well. He was such a fine QB at Oregon and had a great NFL career as well. But he took too many damaging hits.
