Well Lincoln Riley basically threw him under the bus for USC's woes when it's not 100% him (not even close). That's not a good look for LR and frankly if I were a QB prospect I'd be looking elsewhere.

Actually that's why Indiana playing tOSU is pretty advantageous. Either way, Oregon he's a ton of information about both teams: - How Indiana performs against a team of similar level of talent and depth as OBD (the Hoosiers will probably have to open their entire playbook for the game) - What kind of "adjustments" Ryan Day has actually done to his defense (if any)

The critical new starters were at QB and OL. We got really fortunate at QB for 2 players in a row with Bo and Gabriel...but 4th and 5th year seniors that happen to be gamers don't grow on trees at that position so it's always a perilous time when transitioning to a new starter there. But other than that we had quite a few returning starters at WR, TE, and RB. That won't be the case next season as we'll have new starters at nearly all positions on offense. I don't doubt that DL will bring in a smattering of veterans through the portal again but next season will be a lot more turnover than this season. 2025 will be a down year but I can still see a 10 win season and a possible at-large CFP spot if the cards fall the right way.

Agree, it's always a good thing for 2nd and 3rd stringers to get real game time in preparation for bigger things later. Next season may be rocky for the offense in transition: new OL, new QB, new WRs, and likely new RB1. That's a lot of starters gone.

One place where Michigan certainly wasn't weak is on the defensive line. Kawika got tossed into the deep end and after swallowing some water initially he started to tread water. It'll be interesting to watch his development over the next 3 weeks now that he's thrust into significant playing time right now.

If the season were to end today then Oregon would be playing the winner of Indiana vs Tennessee, either team would make for a great game against the Ducks!

To me that's even better than the #5 seed to play against the G5 rep (likely BSU) at home.

Regarding Tez, I can only speculate that perhaps it was a minor shoulder dislocation or moderate sprain so he could miss 2-3 weeks. If that's the case, he could be back in time for the Fusky beatdown. With Marcus Harper I hope he gets the same timeline. 3-4 weeks would include the bye week so he could return for the Fuskies, which would be a good one to knock the rust off. Even better if Matthew Bedford or Dave Iuli is able to get back onto the field during that timespan.

RIP Frog. I remember chatting with him a couple times while he was advertising his joke books on the street. He certainly was a character and a friendly one at that.

They really haven't. Nebraska is still the best team they've played so far and they just lost to freaking UCLA. Indiana is beating on low tier teams but I think they'll run into a brick wall once they run into Ohio State (unless the Buckeyes become even more dysfunctional in the next couple weeks then all bets are off).

Best idea I can think of is UW wins a low scoring squeaker (they did) and then all the toilets in the stadium restrooms get clogged and flood the walkways.

If Tez is out for an extended amount of time then I think Stewart will see the majority of the targets.

Watching SUC and the Fuskies fight for the futility trophy in the mistake by the lake. Both are not good teams…like at all.

Wish that happened in the 3rd quarter to put the game away. Letting the other team hang around in striking distance so long will bite Oregon at some point.
