  1. Wow, seems DeBoer picked up a healthy amount of that Husky arrogance during this 2 seasons there.
  2. Jim Harbaugh accepts head job with Los Angeles Chargers, to leave Michigan after nine seasons per report 247SPORTS.COM In nine seasons under Harbaugh, Michigan went 89-25, including a staggering 40-3 over the last three...
  3. I just got a mental image of a kid wearing VR goggles, walking around the virtual football field among the players, then when the ball is hiked he gets squashed by a 300 lb stage hand.

  5. I use Sling TV. In my case, I subscribe to both the "Orange" & "Blue" packages ("Orange" is more sports and family oriented while "Blue" is more news and entertainment oriented). I get both so that I can stream to multiple devices and because I have multiple family members with different tastes. The combined packages is $55+tax. You could subscribe to just one or the other for a reduced rate of $40 if that meets your needs. I also subscribe to the "Sports Extras" add on, which adds $15 to the Sling bill. That gives me access to the B10/Pac12/SEC/ACC networks along with various pro sports (NBA, NFL, NHL, etc.). The price drops to $11 and reduces the number of channels if you're only subscribed to "Orange" or "Blue" but you still get the B10 networks which is most important. Any of those Sling combos will get you all the necessary channels with exception of Peacock streaming. I didn't see Peacock anywhere so you'd have to subscribe to that as a separate service ($6/mo for the cheapest plan). My smart tv supports the Peacock streaming app so that wouldn't be an issue for me if I wanted to sign up. For my internet I use T-Mobile Home Wifi. My download speeds are anywhere from 150mb-500mb depending on how busy the network is though I typically see around 200-250 on average. More than enough for my household. So in summary: SlingTV bill - $70 Tmobile Home Wifi - $50 Total monthly bill - $120+tax (+$6 if I get Peacock)
  6. Mario...winner in the transfer portal, loser in the regular season.
  7. Found a highlight video:
  8. He sounds like an Evan Williams clone. If so then yes please!
  9. Honestly Oregon likely doesn't need either one right now since they're good at safety and OT. That being said, Caleb Downs would be a clear upgrade over Tysheem.
  10. Jedd's only option is to go all-in on Will Rogers and persuade him to come back.
  11. I smell another Jimmy Lake type of result over the next 2 years.
  12. I think that was a big mistake on UW's part.
  13. UA just announced that they and Fisch have agreed to a contract restructuring. He's not going anywhere.
  14. Does UW really have significantly better resources than MSU?
  15. Oh man, the Fusky fans on their forums turned on DeBoer REAL fast.
  16. Well this is unfortunate news for Fusky fans this morning. Sources: Washington's DeBoer, Bama negotiating head coach job - ESPN WWW.ESPN.COM Read more on ESPN

  18. It seems now the top 3 candidates are DeBoer, Norvell, and current Alabama OC Tommy Rees as they are all reported to be scheduled to interview soon (if not already). Report: Kalen DeBoer, Mike Norvell, Tommy Rees to interview for Alabama head coach position WWW.ON3.COM . I just checked the Fuskie forums, they're pooping their pampers over there lol
  19. Yikes, who would want that 100 foot shadow hovering over them all around campus?
  20. I wouldn't be surprised if this is very close to what happened. Alabama's under tremendous pressure to get the "right" hire very quickly (literally within a couple days). He was likely on a video conference with the UA AD listening to their pitch for a couple hours and when they finished he promptly turned them down. He had to make a fast decision and he made it with little to no hesitation, pretty impressive to me.
  21. Watching Joel Klatt’s emergency podcast about this. He makes some shrewd guesses on what the most realistic candidates are for the Alabama job. Per his order: 1. Sark 2. Lanning 3. DeBoer He points out that Sark had really great history as OC under Saban and that the old man actually talked about setting him up as his successor until the Texas gig opened up. So Sark is the first phone call they will make. But given his current success with the Longhorns he’ll ultimately turn it down. Lanning would be phone call number two after Sark declines and Klatt thinks it’s a fifty-fifty shot of him accepting. He’s part of the Saban coaching tree and showed he can build a great program in only two years as a HC. But as we all know, he’s got a great thing going here and a young family that loves Eugene. Does he really want to be the guy that follows the GOAT? If Lanning declines then the next call is DeBoer. No connection to Alabama obviously but they respect his ability to win everywhere he goes. Here’s the interesting part Klatt points out: there’s been contract extension talks for weeks now but nothing has been signed. Guess who DeBoer’s sports agent is? Jimmy Sexton. Guess who’s Nick Saban’s agent? Jimmy Sexton.
