These players want to start right away. Okie has a new defensive head coach Venables who has a great rep and lost a lot of players so he may think he's got a better shot there. Also was recruited by MC not DL. Just rambling thoughts to ponder.

What else can the butt lickers say. Cognitive dissonance is their mantra and has been for longer than their players have been alive.

We just lost Halton so I think that leaves just T Williams from MC recruits. The 3 expected to sign are OL from Hawaii, WR Lowe and CB Rushing (walkon doesn't count) That means we can sign up to 14 more. I think it was up to 7 transfers based on how many u lost so we should be able to sign up to 4 more.

It's surprising to me that more are not transfering and following MC. I just read an interview with V McKinley talking about his relationship with MC and how important it was to him. Can't believe more players don't feel the same way. Hopefully they can learn to feel same way to DL.

Miller would be a great start. And Halton who is still committed to us. If he can get both and with who we're bringing back it will change the timeline.

1 week to go to see if the staff had enough time to make a difference this year. Can't wait to see.

At USC with Ingram and transfer from Stan. Jones and dye, question who starts? Agreed need should be factored in. Every 1 of ours was a need and probably starters. With Gonzalez from Co and Taimani from WA were 1 up on taking instead of losing. If as also reported Broussard CO comes that's 3 to 1.

I wouldn't put anything bad on this. He does have size and we need CB depth. No harm no foul

I also forgot to mention several recruits Nemic mentioned for 22. We have G Halton S Cal DL 4*, T Williams OR 4* (committed to UO still) S and Winston OR 3* edge. I guess we need to keep top Instate kids so I would take Williams and drop either Wilhote or Greenfield if they still have scholarships.

Just decommited from ASU as a perfered walkon. Don't know if will do the same thing at UO. CB 6'2" 190 lbs. Brother of top recruit in 23 they are both out of Tucson AZ.

Oh yeah that's classic, what I consider the end of Petersen. Put it up there as 1 of the best moments in our history. Jon how are they ranking these guys? On what criteria? And does it seem like how many players you get is a factor in how high is your ranking? And what does that do for team chemistry?

What's the difference between this year and the previous when DAs teams got it going. The bigs. If Dante and Kepnang stay healthy and keep getting better the sky's the limit.

I believe u have to go to need as well as talent. We need 1 more DB so I take Terrell since it's a toss up between us and USC for Florence. RB I'd take James over Brossard I believe more upside. We need WR depth so Broadingham and Cota. We always need the big boys so I go with Connelly over Iluli who was committed to MC and Miller can never have enough SEC type IDL. 5 HS recruits and 1 transfer. That leaves me 2 transfers, as I read the rules from above posters, to pick up if needed before the season. Go Ducks Fly High

As to question by Hayward about the type of person DL wants I don't believe he would offer a scholarship to anyone who he didn't want. He has offered everyone except for the transfers at this point. He has a personal long term relationship with Miller and James from recruiting them at UGA.
