Other Tournament Games Thread - Not Oregon
I figured we might need a place to comment on other games that are not Oregon as to not start individual threats about every game. Dayton vs Arizona is starting to heat up and is a really close game. Arizona is definitely vulnerable to the outside shooting teams.

MADNESS: PAC 6-0 / SEC 3-5
Fun fact, Colorado hit 28-33 from the foul line. That's how you win games in the tournament.

Too Funny: SEC Meltdown as Buffs/Yale Beat Florida/Auburn!
I'm not 100% sure but all the SEC teams where higher ranked than their opponents.

Too Funny: SEC Meltdown as Buffs/Yale Beat Florida/Auburn!
SEC the most overrated conference in men's basketball. I bet ESPN doesn't mention it.

Couisnard is having one of those games! Keep up the intensity and Don't let them back into the game.

Go Ducks! Play some great D the rest will follow.

Dana and His Ducks: What Just Happened?
Seams to me that Couisnard tries to be the it guy when the team is lagging and he has done that several time this year. The problem is that when it doesn't work out and no one else steps up he just keeps trying to score instead of creating for others. personally I think the key is Couisnard making the Three ball. When he's on it really forces the D to come out on him leaving more space for the others to operate. When Shelstad is operating at a high level this team is just about unstoppable. His pull up jumper is really hard to stop, his depth from 3 is huge and with his quickens to the rim a great creator off the dribble. Both these guys have been hot and cold in the second half of the season. Let's hope they both start shooting 3's like where earlier in the season.

Holy Crap! Ducks have TEN Hitters Over .300?
The same thing that's happened to most it sports teams, bad leadership from the AD on down. Plus now all the other teams can get away with paying off players as well.

Holy Crap! Ducks have TEN Hitters Over .300?
Great state to the season with only 3 losses all to top 25 teams. If this team stays health and figures it out it's rotations it's going to be a fun year.

8 Oregon Football Assistant Coaches Receive Contract Extensions, Staff Salary Pool Tops $8 Million
Looks to me like the only coach we lost was Coach Meat. This will be really big for the Ducks when was the last time we had this much consistency at the coaching position? Maybe 2012.

Unfortunately, Oregon Mens Basketball IS No. 1 in...
Great point, Barthelemy was ok last year but this year he was one of the glue guys that held all the newcomers together. He elevated his game in the off seasons and finally looked under control. When Shelstad learns to play under control he will take that step up and play with better rhythm and more consistency. He'll there as the game slows down for him.

Unfortunately, Oregon Mens Basketball IS No. 1 in...
I'm sure Oregon is at the top, Dante has been snake bit his whole career which would account for a lot of it. I personally have been feeling that the main problem has been a good assistant and strength coach as these guys spend a lot of time individually with players. When Tony Stubblefield moved on the dynamic on the team seem to have changed. Will Richardson never seem to develop along with some of the other guys that had talent. At the same time training injuries and team chemistry has gone down.

College Football -Sending Out A Playoff SOS
Don't worry they always have and always will chase the $$$$. Part of that drama is having a few underground in the mix, who doesn't like an underground. This is the very reason I watch March Madness.

Oregon Baseball Completes Home-opener Sweep, outscores Lafayette 51-13
This team is looking pretty good out of the gate. A lot of depth at pitcher and some guys that can put the bat on the ball. They played a top 20 team and kept it respectful. Despite giving up 6 runs in the 2nd they fought back to with in 1 before ultimately losing 11-7. Texas Tech had some impressive pitching and the Ducks O was still looking pretty good. The Ducks have the markings of a good team this year hope they improve on the impressive season they had last year.

Ducks Win Game 1 vs Lafayette 17-3
12-1 Ducks bottom of the 6th, looking really good against some subpar pitching.

Ducks Win Game 1 vs Lafayette 17-3
Ducks are up 4-1 in the second inning to start out a 4 game series. Really like to see the hitting getting off too a go start.

Oregon Delivers Maybe its Most Complete Game of the Season in Blowout Win at Stanford
Having Dante down low for lobs and clean up duty is ideal. The offense should start from the perimeter with ball movement to open up perimeter shooting, drives to hoop and easy dunks for Dante. I've always liked the Duck teams where the big guy gets their points off rebounds and have more of a defensive mindset with blocked shots and big-time hustle. Jordan Bell comes to mind.

It's good to see Shelstad getting back in his groove, when he's hitting this team is really hard to beat.

Ducks are looking good and hitting 3s. Maintaining good energy and moving the ball well.

Waiting for the Duck game to start so I'm watching the last of the ASU vs UW game and all I can say is the PAC refs really suck. I understand a game where they call it tight or a game we're they just let them play but PAC refs are so wildly inconsistent as to change the entire games trajectory. Can't wait to move to the B1G from what I've seen way better officiating. Just please don't bring the refs with us.
