Maybe he hurt his NFL evaluation enough to drop in the draft and now he can be picked up by a good team in need of a backup. Backup QB is a pretty good job with less chance of being broken for the rest of your life. Dose he have that killer instincts to get the Ducks to the promise land? Some QBs just manufacturer the will to win and some have all the arm talent in the world but can't lead a team effectively. Bo and Herbert where leaders and you could just tell the team was theirs can Dante make that jump?

This is definitely a team effort, no blocking, holding the ball to long and outside of one drive a complete lack of effort.

In the first game abandonment of the run was the downfall of this team. 2 if not 3 RBs is enough not to abandon the run game and try for the air raid type game. Harris and Hill are more than capable of carrying the load if Noah can go even better. This team is at it's best when they run the ball.

Who do you want to see the Ducks play assuming they advance to the NC? I'm going with the U for many reasons, no SEC, a chance to beat Mario and I believe they would be a better matchup for the Ducks.

Hill, his role just got a lot bigger on the biggest stage he's ever played on. The run game is going to be pivotal in this matchup.

Dante can make all the throws but till this game slows down for him he will struggle punishing overly aggressive defenses. Time and time again, you hear QB's talk about how the game has slowed down for them and I don't think Dante can say that. Another year in college would greatly improve the mental side of his the game.

Add the offensive passing interference no calls to this conversation. I guess Benson should have just pushed off to create separation like everyone else does now days. I really didn't like the no calls on more than a few opposing wide receiver TDs this year. The ducks to their credit haven't consistently been using the push off as a method to create separation, but to be fair they generally don't need to because their that good.

Giving up six sacks for negative 27 yd made the run average 2.7 Yard to carry. 9 of the 30 runs on the stat sheet where Moore being sacked or scrambling after being pressured on a pass play bring the total to 43 pass plays to 21 run plays. The run game has been there all year long and sticking to it and forcing the D to play up opens up the easy reads for Moore not the other way around.
